  I would like to give a well-deserved 5-star review to Macey at Penske for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. Macey was incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, patient, and humble throughout the entire rental process. She helped me find amazing discounts that made my rental experience even more affordable and stress-free. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and willingness to help. When I mentioned leaving a review, she humbly stated that it wasn’t necessary, but people like Macey absolutely deserve recognition. The outstanding customer service that Macey provided is one of the many reasons my family continues to choose Penske over its competitors. Penske has consistently treated us with respect and appreciation, and their trucks have always been reliable and well-maintained. Over the years, I have never experienced a breakdown or rented a truck that wasn’t of excellent quality. In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, Macey is a wonderful example of how a positive attitude and genuine care for customers can make a lasting impression.   Had the 16 ft truck scheduled at 730 am and it wasn’t there so now I waited for hours and the movers/loaders have to reschedule despite of that … they gave me a partial reimbursement with sympathy price I paid for the truck … I would call before getting the truck to make sure it is there but when you call the Penske number it is a dispatcher ….
