  Sharing my experience with anyone considering bringing their vehicle here for repairs. This body shop had my car for more than 20+ days and, after all that time, stated they had done their “best” repairing it. I first picked up my car on August 12 and immediately noticed that the bumper had been damaged and scratched by the technician. I also noticed that the grille was out of place from the original impact. Daniel apologized and asked me to bring the car back the following day so they could correct the issues and order a replacement part. Fast forward to August 17, when I went to pick up my car for the second time only to discover that the grille was now damaged as well. I requested to speak with the owner. After explaining the issues, he asked why I had not left my car at the shop. I looked at Daniel, who informed the owner that I had already brought the vehicle back once and that returning it again would now be the third time. At that point, I was extremely frustrated. The technician had already damaged my bumper, requiring me to return the vehicle for additional repairs, and then I discovered new damage to the grille. Whether intentional or not, the repeated damage and lack of proper quality control are completely unacceptable. They also left a white residue on the bottom grille of my car. I am unsure whether it is glue or another substance, but even after washing the vehicle, it will not come off. On top of that, the interior of my car was left dirty, including my back seat, where they left behind a dirty plastic covering or material. I emailed the shop requesting a partial refund no response. My insurance was charged approximately $5,000 for these repairs, yet my vehicle was not returned to me in its pre-collision condition. The grille remains damaged and improperly aligned, and according to Daniel, this was apparently “the best they could do.” I have been advised that correcting these remaining issues at another body shop could be costly. Despite the repeated problems, the shop was unwilling to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. The owner only offered to cover $200 of the $432 I incurred in rental expenses. Given the circumstances, I am disputing the charges with my bank and will continue sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before trusting this shop with their vehicles. The owner Alfonso wanted me to leave my car with them again for a 3rd time for an unknown time for what so they can damage my car more no thank you. I took my shop to another body shop who will finally fix it properly.

  I bumped my Jeep rear bumper and smashed it. I thot' I was going to have to pay for a new one. Nope, they patched and repaired it to the point that it looks brand new! This family owned/operated business ROCKS!!!
