  Super disappointed. Mind you, I’m an emerald member. I reserved a midsize SUV, like a pathfinder, but when I got there, the only options given were small sized SUVs and midsize cars! I ended up getting a KIA K5? I had my family and we were on a time crunch, so I didn’t have the time to dispute. I had to go. The car did its job, but it barely fit everything we had, such as luggage with strollers, etc. Super disappointed. No clue why the attendant did nothing to help or even escort. “5 rows down anything in the right,” is all he said. Barely any service and shitty car options there. Las Vegas must be the bottom of the barrel

  Second time renting from this location while not times were as easy as it gets when renting a vehicle. Walk out select a vehicle and drive it out and simply check out on your way out. Upon return, simply park it in the return lane and a representative is there waiting to check you in. By the time you get your bags out, you're vehicle is checked in! I'll be back and when I do, I'll be renting here.

  I’ve rented from National for over 20 years with no issues until last rental return experience. Picked up van in Las Vegas airport rental which had two large damaged sections. Mentioned to National employee during checkout and he stated it’s fine. Decided to take a video of complete walk around of van knowing the damage was very noticeable. When I returned the van they stated the damage was caused by me and opened an investigation. I showed them the video of the damage of which they saw but said it’s not valid because it wasn’t done in their parking garage of which is super dark. The National Manager Paul W. was not helpful at all and in fact stated the damage looked rather old but he still needed to open an investigation. Unacceptable service after being a loyal customer of 20+ years with no issues.

  Excellent experience. It was a hot day, but the staff was very friendly and upbeat. Greeted me the second I stepped through the doors upstairs. Showed me to my car. The selection was great. Check-out is a breeze with a kind lady attendant. Upon return, a Mr. Majd Eddin checked my car in. Super courteous and opened my door for me. Got me my receipt emailed and showed me the way out. He was super cheerful and very helpful. Will most definitely rent from this national. The staff truly makes the difference. I’ll be back next week and will use them again.

  I maintain Executive Elite status and rent from this location multiple times each month. I've tried to be patient in writing this, but I continue to have issues. Twice in the last month, our rental vehicle has had mechanical issues. We nearly always book luxury categories, but the luxury vehicles at this location all seem to have 30-40K miles on them. Nearly all seem to have been smoked in during those miles. They are often trashed and past due for retirement. Our vehicle yesterday had countless issues, but after traveling around 100 miles, the vehicle threw a check engine light and a warning that we should not drive the vehicle or it would cause permanent engine damage. It's not that hard to maintain your vehicles. It's not a coincidence that I continue to have vehicles with issues. I am tired of wasting money on premium vehicles just to receive junk. I've spoken to multiple managers about this issue, and the last one I spoke to was condescending and rude. He made it obvious that my business is not important to them, so I will be taking it somewhere else.
