  The rental was great and handled well. The return not so much. I always stop and fill the gas tank. Double click on the fill. The attendant was trying to charge me for what appeared to be under 1 gallon low. Seriously!! Nothing is that accurate however how do they even have the ability to read it that accurately. Car fuel gauge shows FULL. I did my part and filled prior to the return. And the attendant was argumentative!!! Finally provided a credit. I am Emerald Elite and very surprised at the attitude. Makes me question the entire process

  The car pickup was easy. Rented the van for six hours for Hoover dam. The return was a nightmare. The first individual inspected the vehicle and said nothing about damage. ,A secobd individual came across the parking lot and said there was a small dent above the drivers side tire. This was not done during my rental and I have 5 passengers in the van who can attest to that fact. It is being investigated however, if I am found liable it will be fought and National will lose a nearly 20 year (many of which were at the Executive level) loyal customer.

  My experience with National Car Rental was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. The rental process was quick and smooth, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and ready on time. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and how easy they made the entire experience. Everyone was pleasant to work with and made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend National Car Rental to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free rental experience, and I look forward to renting with them again in the future.

  I ended up having a great experience at this National Car Rental location, but it was the staff that pushed this over the edge to become a memorable experience. The first car I rented didn’t have licenses plates, but rather a temp registration permit on the front windshield. By the time we realized this I was already 30 minutes away and heading for the state line. I did double back and change the car out and I’m glad I did as I was probably going to get pulled over. When I got out of the original rental car, I was created by Zach in management who was super apologetic. He upgraded me and basically said take what ever car I see. I ended up in a sweet Audi Q3 and I was supposed to be back on the road within minutes. As fate would have it, the National computer systems went down and while it took a half an hour to sort things out, Zach was leading the charge at the car check out converting a fully digital system to a workable manual process. Major kiddos to Zach who did what was needed to not only get people on the road, but also make sure folks were taken care of as well.

  Upon arriving in Las Vegas, we went to 2 different kiosks for rental cars and to no success did we get a rental car. My original reservation was with National but pick up in SLC. They were closed and not realizing after I was leaving the 2nd kiosk the lady advised me that Alamo should be able to assist me with my National reservation. I get to Alamo and there are 2 customers in front of me leaving me to wait about 5 minutes. Sam calls me up, it’s about 230 am. She’s still smiling asking how she can assist me. I tell her my situation and she says oh you have a National reservation, you can go straight down and pick your car as I see you’re an Emerald. I apologize to her and inform her that my original reservation is for pick up in SLC. No problem was her response, let me change that for you. Then she proceeds to ask me if I would like to drop off in Slc or return to Vegas? I answer if it’s cheaper to drop off in Vegas we will drop it off in Vegas. Sam continued to complete my reservation and she set up the drop off for SLC as a convenience for my party and gave me the best rate along with the best customer service. She smiled and spoke with respect and professionalism which the last 2 associates at the other kiosks could use. Sam made our entire transaction seamless and reminded me why I became an Emerald.
