Boy did I have experience! I purchased a Chrysler van on a Ford lot. A week out check engine lights up. Yeah, i ran the codes and it was pretty clear that I had avalve stuck in high gear. Took to Jim Marsh in Centennial Hills because records identified this as the most recent automotive garage that the vehicle visited. My automotive advisor couldn't understand my disapproval of his lack of interest or concerns. Even though the vehicle was in their possession a couple weeks ago; signed in from the Ford dealership. Anyways, Andrew Tuccio 4885 became my new advisor. All we went through he made right and I experience with dealing with Jim Marsh automotive concluded as a wonderful experience. The initial contact did not tarnish the overall experience or positive outcome. Thank you Andrew for your patience, willingness, and positive posture.

TL;DR: Look elsewhere. They advertise attractive prices while burying extra fees and add-ons in the fine print, massively lowball trades compared with Carvana despite claiming they’ll match offers, try to count your tax savings as part of the “match,” try to sell you a key warranty if the used car only comes with one key, mark up warranty/service contracts, and can also mark up financing interest rates so they make additional money off your loan. I work with a lot of clients and will never recommend this place, they ruined what could’ve been a good relationship
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business with this dealership. My experience was full of pricing tactics that felt intentionally confusing and designed to squeeze more money out of the customer at every step.
They advertise vehicles at an attractive price, but additional fees and potentially thousands of dollars in dealer-installed products are buried in small print at the very bottom of the listing instead of being clearly reflected in the prominently displayed price.
Their trade-in process was just as bad. They massively underestimated my trade compared with Carvana, even though they advertise that they will match competing offers. After pulling teeth to finally get them to match it, they tried to count the sales-tax savings from trading in my vehicle as part of the trade-in match. That is not an actual increase in what they are paying for the vehicle. Carvana’s offer is a real dollar amount for the trade, while the tax savings are a separate benefit from completing a trade-in transaction.
It doesn’t stop there. If the used vehicle you’re buying only has one key, instead of simply providing a second key, they will try to sell you a key warranty/package so you can essentially pay for your own replacement key.
They also push extended warranty/service contracts that have additional dealer markup built into them. And if you finance through the dealership, pay very close attention to the interest rate you are actually approved for versus the rate they present to you. Dealers can mark up financing rates and keep part of that difference, meaning you may end up paying a higher interest rate so the dealership can make additional profit on the loan.
There is nothing wrong with a dealership making money, but there should be transparency about where that money is coming from. Between the buried fees, add-ons, trade-in games, warranty markup, key package, and financing tactics, I left feeling like every part of the transaction was structured to extract a little more money while making the advertised deal look better than it really was.
I would take your business somewhere that is more upfront and transparent about its pricing.
Promptly received in express service by pleasant and friendly customer service tech Christopher who quickly processed intake of my Jeep for maintenance service. Upon completion of service we concluded the transaction and was led to my waiting Jeep.

Car is great. The total time it took to make this deal happen of over 5 hours was ridiculous. The financial closers did a lot of spin doctoring and were outright deceptive about my trade-in in value.
My trade-in sales tax credit is $2847.50.
My trade-in value for my Subaru Forester hybrid Turing edition was stated at $35200 for a vehicle with only 9500 miles on it; I bought it just 8 months earlier brand new.
After over 5 hours that it took for them to get their paperwork together, we were going through a final review and signature. At that point I saw that they had posted a traded value of $33,000 and took my trade-in sales tax credit and used it to inflate the supposed trade-in value to over $35,000.
I was very upset. I was very tired since my daughter who just got out at children's hospital with the second area Burns was back at the apartment and I was away for so long. Anyway, they offered $1,000 to make it right and I accepted it under duress. I am very, very very unhappy with the way they did this deal. After my research, I understood that Jim Marsh was a lot better than the other dealers and above board on these sorts of things, but but that's just not true
We came to terms on choosing a vehicle fairly quick. There's no reason they quit and have closed this deal within an hour instead of taking 3 and 1/2 4 hours as well.
I was fortunate to speak to the GSM Charlene. We talked about where I wanted to be for price and monthly payment. She was straight to the point and stuck to our plan and found 4 cars for me to look at. Salesman Johnny was down to earth and very knowledgeable. He did a good job showing us the vehicles. I really appreciate their help and patience during my purchase. I highly recommend Jim Marsh Jeep. Thanks again Charlene and Johnny.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee is awesome!!
