  Brent was great! He was fast, professional, and had such a great attitude throughout the whole process. The customer service was excellent, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job. I really appreciated how quick and easy he made the whole oil change experience. Definitely recommend Brent!

  I came to my usual Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a possible brake replacement. I was approached by the newly promoted Assistant Manager, Anthony. I explained what I needed, and he was very calm, professional, and told me he would return shortly with a quote for the brakes. While I was waiting near the service bay, there was another man sitting in the vehicle next to me whom I assumed was a customer. He appeared agitated and was using profanity while complaining that Anthony was taking too long. When Anthony returned, I realized that the man in the other vehicle was actually an employee named David. David got out of his vehicle and immediately began yelling at Anthony. Anthony apologized to me, and David responded by saying, “Don’t apologize to her. You’re acting stupid.” I was completely taken aback, and my anxiety immediately increased as the confrontation continued in front of customers. After both employees returned to the office, David came back outside with the customer who owned the vehicle next to me and began speaking negatively about Anthony, even encouraging the customer to leave a negative review about him. Anthony had done absolutely nothing wrong. David eventually returned to the office and continued yelling at Anthony and another employee until he was finally sent home, which was a relief. Anthony later returned with a mechanic named Ian. Both were incredibly patient, professional, and apologetic. They could tell that I was shaken by the situation. Anthony invited me into the waiting area while Ian carefully explained everything regarding my vehicle. He provided me with a detailed quote, and despite being short-staffed, they still completed my oil change and brake replacement. Throughout the service, Anthony, Ian, and another employee named Sarah regularly checked on me. Sarah was especially kind and reassuring. As someone who has spent 20 years as both a General Manager and a District Manager, I was impressed by the professionalism and patience demonstrated by Anthony, Ian, and Sarah under very difficult circumstances. Employees like them are the reason customers remain loyal. However, employees who openly disrespect management, create a hostile work environment, and behave inappropriately in front of customers negatively affect both employee morale and the customer experience. I sincerely hope Jiffy Lube recognizes the value of employees like Anthony, Ian, and Sarah and takes the appropriate actions to address situations like this in the future. I strongly encourage corporate leadership to take appropriate disciplinary action and thoroughly investigate this incident.

  I had a fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube! David was outstanding, he walked me through every step of the service and took the time to explain everything clearly. I left feeling confident and well-informed about what was done, and it’s clear they’ve got honest people working here. Thanks a lot for all your help!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ian went above and beyond after his shift was basically over I have to give a huge shoutout to Ian at this Jiffy Lube. My car started acting up right after work, so I rushed over, but Ian was literally about to head home for the day when I got there. Even so, he didn’t hesitate for a second or show any sign of being annoyed. He took me in and helped me out like it was the most normal thing in the world. What really stood out was how thorough he still was, even though he could have easily rushed through it or told me to come back tomorrow. He carefully checked everything and explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. The pricing was completely fair too, no inflated charges, no unnecessary upselling, just honest work. Because of people like Ian, I don’t feel that usual anxiety about taking my car in for repairs anymore. He stayed kind and patient from start to finish, even on his own time. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy who actually cares about doing right by customers, ask for Ian. Huge thanks to him for going out of his way for me.

  I went in for an oil change and it was super quick. Anthony is the manager there and he was very polite. I did have an issue though. My skid plate fell off while I was driving later that day. I went back and let them know. The skid plate was too damaged to put back on so they ordered me another one from the dealership and refunded me my money for the oil change. Accidents happen and nobody is perfect. All that matters is that they do right by their mistake and they did. I appreciate them for taking care of the problem and not making it a headache
