- CRCatherine RoyJun 4, 20261.0Took 6 months to get oil leak, radiator belt,ball bearing replacement, speedometer … in twice but never fixed ..headlight etc. I understand waiting a month or two for parts but phones aren’t answered updates not given on a timely basis. Mechanic did not go over car with me when I picked it up. I would never use this shop again. Horrible customer service I’m Taking it To another shop because I don’t trust their repairs.

I called Italy Auto Service and Brian told me to bring the car so they can give me a true estimate. He gave me a very reasonable price for parts and service. Brian and Mel treated me kindly. They even gave me a Military discount. Job well done! Thank You!
