  Went there to get brake backing plates for my toy hauler got 2 great price. They only had 2.The owner was there and was friendly, curtious, helpful. Went to the place next door (CAMPING WORLD)for 1 more and they were clueless and way more money like a lot. Please use henderson rv for your rv needs. Way better prices and way better staff.

  They get the job done but there is no urgency to get it done quickly, the vendors they use are extremely slow in delivering parts and communication with us was extremely poor. It took over a year to get our driver's side window repaired. Some of the problem was a vendor merger but here's an example of timeline: Packing slip created 8/12. Window received 9/19 and was wrong side. Driver's side window wasn't ordered until 10/14. New window received in November but it didn't fit. They didn't send photos to vendor until Jan to show that the window didn't fit. Finally they suggested that a glass shop replace it which we agreed to but they wouldn't do the work until a refund was issued from the first vendor so it still took 6 weeks to get that done. When we went to pick up RV, the screen for the window had been left at the window shop. Rarely did they call or text us to let us know what was happening. We only got answers if we reached out. We had another issue and was told a part would arrive in 8 days and it was over a month before they received it. It was always someone else's problem, they couldn't do the work because it was raining or they had a security issue. They didn't offer to decrease the price for anything because of the inconvenience. It was very frustrating.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to the service department. They were able to get me in and out quickly and fix the electrical issue in my 5th wheel as I happened to be passing through Vegas. Thanks a lot!

  I stopped by this morning to look for a seal for my leaking rv toilet. The gentleman who help me was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product and found the item that would work perfectly thank you very much. Excellent service.

  Mr Tyler is very nice to us and he is an expert on RVs he helped us out to change the battery and repair and we’re from New York and I can keep up with travels and I’m very thankful to Tyler to fix my RV super quickly thank you I would recommend this RV repair!!!
