  Very Customer friendly upon driving into parking lot….always kept giving updates & timeframes. Even had person show me to my car & the work performed….

  I went in for an oil change and left with a broken grill on my truck and a cracked washer fluid reservoir, which now has fluid pouring out of it. They told me it was like that when I arrived, even though it wasn't. I could wash my windows using the standard system, and now fluid is just pouring out. The clips on the front holding the grill to the truck broke when they popped open the hood to do an exploratory search into the front end of my truck when I was only there for an oil change. I would never use these guys and I will never use them again. I don't recommend them or their services or anything related to their brand due to these issues I've encountered. They tried to tell me that all of this was like this when I arrived and blamed me, saying that it is an old vehicle and this is what happens. But again, it wasn't like this when I arrived for a simple oil change. I did not ask them to start tearing apart things in the front end of my truck to tell me what was wrong with it and break more things when I was there for an oil change. I had no problems, no lights, no anything on in my truck. Now I leave from the oil change, and my truck has a suspension fault. I just had my brakes and tires redone and everything rotated and aligned and the suspension reset prior. Four brand new tires on the truck at this moment which is why I know factually that they are the ones who caused the suspension fail when they did the lift and started messing with things in my truck that were never approved...

  The service was quick and staff very friendly. They also pointed out another problem I was not aware of and did not pressure the problem into a sale.

  David was great at helping me with the brake issue on my Camry. He greeted me right when I pulled in and got me all set up really quickly. He explained everything that was going to happen and helped my understand the issues. He kept me updated throughout the process and had the car fixed that same day. His attention to detail made the what could have been a chore a really great experience
