- RTReginald TruebloodJan 31, 20255.0We had the good fortune of meeting Diane, Aisha,Venitia, and Brad. We were near the end of our lease agreement with Telsa and anxious to part ways with that brand. We learned that the configurable inventory for 2025 had already been depleted upon our arrival to the appointment. Distressed and disappointed, before I could even inquire about options, Diane listened carefully, empathized with our situation and with relative ease and expertise worked with us to find a suitable solution. Without providing details, just know, the empathy, dedication to service, and overall positive energy of the entire staff, including some that we met incidentally, is exceptional and superior. This is hands down the most positive experience I've had purchasing a car. And, I LOVE my C40 Recharge! Thank you, Volvo for making gorgeous vehicles, but more importantly, thank you for taking time to find the right people to curate memorable experiences.
