  I try to make an appointment for my pick up. The camera is not working properly. My pick up is under warranty. I have drive it only 16000 miles. The service person told me that in order to do that I need to leave the pick up for 3 day. That is completely wrong. Why they need to have the pick up for 3 day just to check the truck. She did not give me an alternative. I would neve buy another chevy

  Findlay Chevrolet to save the day!! I can't say enough great things about this dealership! Sonie is fantastic! Everyone in this building is pretty great and they all make you feel like family but Carlo, Sonie, both Alex's and Adrian have really come through for us, clearly having our best interest in mind and taking customer service to a new level. This team has set the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction and I highly recommend paying them a visit to see for yourself how impressive they are. What a confident team to do business with. They have all the answers and the eagarness to exceed satisfaction. These guys are a breath of fresh air when it comes to car shopping and dealing with all the different sales approaches from one dealership to another. At Findlay Chevrolet, they were able to set our mind at ease, removing all the stress of making such a big decision, expressing how important it was to them that we had no buyers remorse and we leave with exactly what we wanted. We never once felt hustled or taken advantage of. We constantly praised them for how honest and laid back they were and how much integrity they displayed. Everything they said or promised checked out perfectly and they were genuinely happy to have our business and the opportunity to prove themselves through every challenge we presented. They were very patient and responsive as we explored other dealerships, still never applying pressure, as they were confident we'd return after shopping around. We couldn't be more exited about our purchase with Findlay Chevrolet. Just knowing we were in the best hands, getting the best numbers, service and general treatment and consideration from start to finish made all the difference!! Go see Carlo (salesman), Sonie (salesman), Alex (front desk) and Ardian (sales manager) and they will take really good care of you!! You can thank me later ;)

Desde el primer momento demostró profesionalismo, transparencia, paciencia y un trato excepcional. Nunca sentí presión; al contrario, se tomó el tiempo de responder cada pregunta y hacer que todo el proceso fuera cómodo, claro y sencillo. Se nota cuando una persona realmente se preocupa por sus clientes y no solamente por hacer una venta. Si estás buscando comprar un vehículo y quieres ser atendido por alguien confiable, profesional y que realmente haga la diferencia, recomiendo a Omar al 100%.   I took my truck in for recall work 11 days ago. After 4 days of no updates or anything, I called my tech and left a voicemail. No return of phone call, so I tried again on the 5th day and he answered. Said they haven't even looked my truck yet, takes 7 days for diagnosis... this was after my tech told me 2 days for diagnoisis when I dropped it off. Finally get automated texts on the 9th day saying the recall work has been approved. A text on the 10th day saying work will done by 5PM that evening, tech will reach out if any issues. 11th day and I haven't heard from anyone at Findlay. I have called them 3 times today. Going to have to get myself an Uber to get to the dealership just to talk to someone and get some answers to when I will have my vehicle back for recall work. Wouldn't recommend the service at this dealership.
