Had a 9:00 appointment for oil change. They said it's like an hour when I made it, so i decided to wait. When I got there they said 2 hours but they will try to get me out in less than that. 11:15 when I didn't hear anything I walked back there and they hadn't even taken it back yet!!! Their excuse was that they are busy. Don't take an appointment if you can't keep it!! I had a 12 o clock appointment that I had to cancel!! Cost me money for the late cancelation. I will never go back to here again!!! I've been a loyal customer since they've been open. Bought 3 new vehicles from them, but never again!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll go back to fairway if I need anything dealership.

The car was there month, 2 weeks before anyone looked at it. Diagnoses was the "motor windings are shorted out" I have yet to find another occurrence of this happening to a Bolt. The car was immediately charged to 100% percent, I take care of my battery and rarely charge over 80%. I don't know if this is doing damage as it's still setting at 93%. It's getting a drive unit installed. Your quote was 10,100. NOPE. The car was drivable when I took it, had to get it towed out, with a full battery that should not have been charged to 100% with the "top knowledge tech" that was working on it. I was only 11,000 miles out of warranty, sent message to EV Concierge to see about getting help and they didn't even bother to respond, the advisor told me car out of warranty, there's no help, battery and components are all that is still under warranty. Probably degraded heavily being summer and setting nearly 2 months at 100%. I still want to know how and why the motor windings have shorted out?

I have a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV. The ambient temperature reading on the drivers display reads 5-25 degrees above the actual outside temperature.
I took the vehicle into Findley as the vehicle is still under warranty. I was told that Findley does not have enough EV techs and I would have to leave my vehicle for 48 hours without them providing a rental for me to get to work. EV owners must forfeit their only vehicle for 48 hours with Chevy and Findley refusing to provide the contracted rental for warranty work. According to Findley, they have to assess that it is warranty work before providing a rental, despite the entire vehicle being new (12,000 miles) and under warranty.
Next they returned the vehicle without fixing it, saying they could not reproduce the problem. But as soon as I got into the car after getting it back the ambient temperature reading was 116 degrees on a 100 degree day. I brought it immediately back to them, only to be told…this is normal for all Chevys
Additionally, as I drove home I found the dealership repair people had added 4 psi to each tire, over inflating them to between 46-47 psi on 42 psi tires. I had never said anything about tires, so why they sabotaged the car I dont know. Findley has a bad reputation about discriminating against EV owners. Its a Nevada culture issue where locals hate EVs. This dealership is not good for EV owners. Great for gas cars, horrible for EV. And, according to Findley, Chevy makes cars whose ambient temperature sensors are defective and they refuse to fix or address the problem

Based on my experiences, I would strongly encourage customers to carefully review all service recommendations, repair estimates, and extended warranty coverage representations provided by this dealership.
During a recent service visit, I was told my engine air filter required immediate replacement. The dealership's service portal included a photo showing what appeared to be a heavily soiled filter filled with dirt and debris. The problem was that the air filter had been replaced only two weeks earlier. Upon closer inspection, the filter shown in the photo did not even appear to be the correct filter for my vehicle.
I have also had issues with representations made regarding an extended service plan purchased through the dealership. My husband was later charged for a service that we had been specifically told was covered under the plan at the time of sale. When we questioned the charge, the dealership initially attempted to deny that coverage had been promised. Fortunately, I had a recording of the original conversation documenting exactly what had been represented to us. Only after presenting that evidence was the dealership willing to honor the commitment and correct the situation.
While they ultimately made it right, it left me wondering how many customers may not have recorded proof of what was promised and simply accept charges they believe they are obligated to pay.
Additionally, while waiting in the service area on a previous visit, I overheard discussions regarding labor charges that left me concerned about how pricing decisions were being made. Hearing comments suggesting a customer could "afford it" and then discussing higher labor charges does not inspire confidence in fair and transparent service practices.
My advice to anyone visiting this dealership is to document everything, request written confirmation of any promises regarding service plans or warranties, carefully review all recommended repairs, and seek a second opinion if something doesn't seem right.
Trust and transparency are critical when purchasing and servicing a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experiences have raised serious concerns about both.

I took my car for an oil change and informed Dalia about my concerns. 1. Oil change 2. Steering wheel screeching 3. Air filters. She said that my car had to stay so a technician could check it. I said ok please keep me updated and I went with my day this was last week around 9 or 10am. The next day I didn't heard back so I txt for an update. She said that she was going to speak with the technician. After that happened she told me that the technician wasn't able to duplicate the issue I was reporting. I told her the issue was coming from the steering wheel as I turn to the left or right that sound happens and its not normal. I told her I could go over and explain it to the technician. She said that she was going to release my car because they didn't find anything wrong. I wasn't going to discuss this with her since we were just going back and forth. I said ok please send me a Lyft she said not right now because the technician was going to do the oil change. (Oil change i left my the previous day to get the oil service and this wasn't done until the next day! Wow!) I Arrived at the dealer to pick my car up and the person on the front wasn't able to find my keys!! At this point I am not loving the service experience!!! I was given the documents to sign I asked for the inspection list because I didn't recieved an email nor txt. I started to drive md car and as soon as I started turning the screeching sound started again!! So I still dont get whyi am still having this issue. So I started to record my driving to have proof that the issue is there and its being overseen. I honestly haven't gone back to the dealer because I dont have time I have two job and I have to get from point A to B. I hope Management sees this feedback and takes in my vehicle for inspection and provide me with a car rental during the time of inspection.. so there you go that's my feedback.
