  Hey there I am cass Hudson I got n to a wreck April 4th my car was totaled. My insurance State Farm gave me a rental for 1 week . That was paid for . And every thing after that thru out the month I paid for . There was a nice young man there that decided to help me out cause of the situation I am dealing with at the current time . I had one rental slip but switched out the big vehicle so I didn’t have to pay as much . Blake took care of me . Now the manger some bald caucasian male , American American & a Hispanic guy thought it was funny and ok that they put my family and I out of a vehicle and couldn’t do anything for us . Proceeded to tell us that they needed to make a new rental slip . . . Not sure how u can make another slip when I have already signed for what I’ve signed for . . Enterprise isn’t there for their customers. They over charge u for things and when u call to talk to the manger they give u the run around . So here is the yelp review . DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE . You will be sorry you did . You will not get any answer about your money . This is day 4 that I am waiting on a call back but nothing . You all at the flamingo office need better customer service skills. Enterprise has over 700.00 on hold and aren’t telling me anything. So here is the review . DO NOT RENT AT ENTERPRISE RENTAL .

  Ben and Blake are fantastic! Super friendly, professional, and genuinely great people. The cars are clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely rent from them again.

  Amazing customer service. The young man that helped us when we arrived was so friendly and professional. Same with the young man that helped us when we returned the car. They both helped make the process seamless. Thank you!!

  Local Enterpise office at Flamingo and Decatur, Las Vegas, was very easy to deal with and everything went smoothly. Lee R

  Rented a Tesla model 3 - was only charged to 30%, interior of car had panels popping off, car had a lousy radio that sort of worked - couldn’t sign into any apps like you can in hertz teslas like YouTube music or Apple Music or podcasts.
