  I had a vehicle reserved for my arrival this week, but trying to reach anyone at this company to confirm my reservation details and coordinate an airport pickup was an absolute nightmare. Every single time I called, the phone just rang indefinitely. There is no voicemail system in place to leave a message, and my emails went ignored. In this day and age, a business dealing with premium rentals should have basic communication channels set up. I ended up canceling my reservation. I refuse to give my business to a company that completely neglects its customers before they even arrive. If they are this impossible to reach just to confirm a booking, I can’t imagine how awful it would be if an actual issue arose with the vehicle during the rental. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

  My situation was/is very stressful but having open communication with the locations branch manager(Ham)and his patience and understanding throughout this ordeal was above and beyond appreciated… he is extremely professional yet still able to show that empathy that someone going through my struggle looks for and needs… his customer service was above and beyond… THANK YOU

  Absolute joke of a policy and zero common sense. I booked an exotic rental months in advance, only to find out at pickup that because I’m not "local," I am required to provide inbound and outbound flight information. Who came up with this? I am currently on a road trip before and after my wedding, so obviously I don't have flight tickets. They completely refused to work with me or find a workaround. Worst of all, they never bothered to send this critical communication out beforehand. Total failure in customer service and ruined a major part of our wedding trip. Avoid this place.
