I recently had an issue with a charge due to a miscommunication and spoke with Jazz and she not only heard me out and took care of me, but also answered my questions to ensure that I get the most out of my experience as a customer. It's not always an easy job dealing with so many people but you all do it with a smile and genuine care for your customers. Thank you all for the work you do!
- RERuth EllisJun 7, 20265.0Online was easy. I did call and talked with a lady who was absolutely wonderful and answered my questions. The gentleman who picked me up was very nice and a good driver. I picked up my car on Wednesday, 6/3 and they were short-staffed, only 2 there and they were wonderful. David, I believe that was his name, was so nice and helpful. The manager took me out to the car, explained everything and answered all my questions. My return went very smoothly and the young lady who helped me had only been there 2 days and was great. She drove me back and not only was a good driver but was very personable and loved her new job. I can't thank this team enough for making my rental time a wonderful experience. I will definitely go to that particular Enterprise any time in the future that I need a rental. Thank you for a great team!
