  This location saved me! Another location gave my rental away (literally right infront of me to the guy right infront of me...even though I also called and said that I would arrive within 20 min and they told me they had it ready for me...). They told me there were no more SUVs and I can wait until Monday or call around. (Talk about leaving me stranded.) I called everywhere, starting from north to south and made it to this location. I told them my story and they had a vehicle. They even matched the pricing and I was able to pick it up asap. I was responding to a wildfire so I needed it that day. They really saved me the hassle of trying to figure out what to do! The gentlemen there were also amazing. The Hispanic gentlemen at the car return area was soooo sweet, told me how to get to the rental desk and then the guy at the rental desk was seriously the best. We had such a good time talking while he got me squared away. The vehicle was even better than I imagined. When I came back to return my car, the guy at the rental return desk was also such a pleasure! Ugh, I can't thank them enough. My job is stressful as is, the other location was terrible and added to it but this location really helped me out and put me at ease. Seriously the best reps I've dealt with as well.

  I understand that I was responsible for refueling the vehicle before returning it. However, I was extremely disappointed with the way the refueling charge was handled. I was charged $77.79 for 10.4 gallons at $7.48 per gallon, which was more than twice my one-day rental rate of $36.85. At no point during pickup was this unusually high refueling rate clearly explained or brought to my attention. I fully accept that I should have refueled the vehicle myself, but charging $7.48 per gallon without clearly communicating that rate beforehand feels excessive and lacks transparency. I also was not given a clear explanation at return as to how the 10.4-gallon amount was determined based on the vehicle’s actual fuel level. This was particularly disappointing because I would have simply stopped at a nearby gas station had I known Enterprise would charge such a substantial premium. I would appreciate Enterprise reviewing the $77.79 refueling charge and considering an appropriate adjustment.

  The staff was very communicative during the process. The two men we dealt with were very friendly and enthusiastic! The customer service was outstanding and the entire process was beyond the norm.

  INCORRECT AREA ON GOOGLE MAP. GOOGLE “Celebrity Food Hall at Caesars Palace Las Vegas” for the closest location. Easy Check-In Process. Mike got us our car within 15 min. Very easy very quick. He’s great. Hope you get him if you rent with enterprise. 10/10 rec. Returning car was super easy. Clear instructions on how to return. I returned it a day earlier and had no issue. Would definitely return to an enterprise for all my car rental needs. -1 ⭐️ for the runaround because the location is incorrect.
