  The booth is not in the lobby. Go all the way through the casino until you reach the shopping area - that's where the booth is. To return vehicle: type in Cesar's self parking in your GPS, follow the way, BEFORE making a turn right into the garage look for the Enterprise sign (very small) and turn LEFT. Follow the sign to return. The staff is helpful. Location is terrible.

  Terrible experience. I scheduled a vehicle pickup between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but the location was closed when we arrived, leaving us stranded. I was traveling with someone who is seriously ill and unable to walk, and no other location was willing to help. We were left without transportation or accommodations, making an already difficult situation much worse. This was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

  Really like that agent and car were on site. The agent was very helpful and offered to help carry our luggage to our car. Fast no hassle service, clean vehicle. Very satisfied with service and speedy drop off

  My experiences using Enterprise have been largely pleasant. However, it is also the customer's responsibility to be aware and check over the car prior to accepting it. More than once we have been given a car that was not up to the 3k+ miles we were about to put on it, and luckily we were upgraded each time with no hassle or fuss. Check the tires! I think some customers are either terrible drivers or burn out the tread intentionally and Enterprise representatives don't always notice it immediately. So just be wise, stand by your price point (I've had to shop around and haggle sometimes) and don't opt for the extra insurances. Otherwise, I like using Enterprise.
