- SESasson EmamAug 12, 20261.0Very dismissive staff. Not any help. They sound as if they are eating while answering the phone. Very condescending as well. Do yourself a favor and book AVIS, Budget, Dollar, Sixt, etc.... or anyone else. STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE ENTERPRISE LOCATINS IN LAS VEGAS. nothing but jerks work at them. (Actually airport staff has always been good to me, just not the little branches)

- CMColleen MMay 31, 20261.0I returned vehicle and was charged $300 for it. I was told the next day they would release the $300 and only be charged 100. The next day I still had the pending charges and the payment went through on Monday. I called Tuesday which I was told that they have release the charge. I called back on Thursday since I still had the charge. Only to find out no one closed the ticket out and I called back Friday and was told they would send a message to the manager because yet again ticket was never closed. I will NEVER rent a vehicle here. Worse experience with this company. I forgot to mention this is since May 19 so it’s been on going for 2 weeks. Thank you Christopher I’ll been reaching out tomorrow.
