    So I’m going to give my honest review - despite it not being the best experience in part - this was made up for in other areas(hence the 3 stars). So I booked online for a 9am pick up - I rock up at 9 to an empty desk. The sign on the desk basically said - We’re with a customer, be right back. Spoiler - no once came back. I called the number using my UK mobile, spending an extortionate amount on fees to speak to someone. I got through to a guy who basically said that the desk is not manned - he was very apologetic and said that he’d send someone to pick me up and bring me to him and he’d solve the issue. 6 minutes later I was being driven to the closest base and was extremely well looked after there. The upgraded me for free and within 10 minutes I was on the road. When I returned the car after my trip to the Grand Canyon they dropped me at my hotel. So the long and short of it - Don’t book pick up for this location - book at the next closest one which is by the airport. They were 5 stars!

    DO NOT BOOK AT THIS LOCATION. Had a reservation at 12pm to pick up a car, no one was at the front desk. Waste of time

    Worst business ever. They let you book a car online but when you get there, no one is working. Enterprise has no way to reach that employee who just hides out. DO NOT BOOK A CAR AT THIS LOCATION
