  I have rented for Enterprise Exotic rentals in Las Vegas for over 10 years. The experience with the cars was always great, with a few hiccups here and there. But this last trip in June I was provided the best customer service I have ever received. Ben the branch manager was on point throughout the rental process. Even reaching out to me several times to confirm my reservation, and to double check if there was anything thing else he could do for me to make my rental experience even better. I look forward to have more conversations with Ben in the future. Rickey Johnson has been a long time Enterprise team member that has always taken care of me. He has always help provide transportation to and from wherever I need to be. Rickey even took the time out of his own schedule to assist my wife and grandmother while they were in Las Vegas when they has some issues come up. Rickey has always provided great insight into what vehicle would suit my needs, and also my wife when she would travel to Vegas. Rickey has become a good friend of mine and I think the world of him. Furious Jackson who I have only meet once, is a excellent member of the team. He took the time to ask me about my trip and If their was anything they could do better to improve my experience. He didn't rush me at all during the return process. I do wish I could have stayed longer to get to know Furious. He seems like a very interesting man. All in All, The Flamingo Dr. location in Las Vegas has a top notch team which I WILL BE renting from again next month and into the future. Donnie Thomas

  I rented a van for a family short trip. When I entered the store I was welcomed with a smile from the staff and helped quickly. Furious the manager greet me and walked me easily through all the process, was very helpful, kind and answered all my questions. I am very please with the quality service of this place, and will be definitely using enterprise and this location again.

  Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager offered me a ride back home, Carlos was an excellent driver

  We are super satisfied with our car expierence, and shoutout to Carlos for taking us home for FREE! And he also sang for us!! Wich made our day😁 we recommend this place 100%😉😉
