  I was initially concerned not picking up the car from airport location because in my prior experience there were always some issues with either the car not available or something else. But this location was great, in and out in ten minutes with a nice minivan. Friendly staff and cheaper than airport. Lyft to airport cost around 20 bucks.

  Absolutely astonished by the customer service here, Anthony was nothing but rude and inconsiderate. I have seen other reviews on Anthony having an attitude, I cannot believe he still works here!! Making customers feel disrespected is not a good way to manage a business especially a chain. Don’t work in customer service if you’re going to act like this it’s shameful.

  We had spoken on the phone with anthony trying to get a price breakdown on how much we were spending per day on the rental car and originally thought it was around 60$ a day but it was 80$ a day with taxes and we were wondering why, not trying to argue or anything but just get an understanding. From the time the call was answered we were met with an extremely high attitude and rude customer service from anthony before we had even asked a question. I am highly displeased and i feel completely disrespected for having a simple question. Do better.

  Very nice people to work with. We rented an “exotic” C8 corvette in Las Vegas, it was worth it!

  The customer service was terrible. The driver never came to pick me up from the repair shop and when I ask the agent what happen. He said it was never a pick up request put in for me. However when I came back to drop the car off, I spoke with the manager, and he informed me he heard about the issue and what happen was the driver came out to pick me up but picked up someone else. I was the only preson in the repair shop waiting for a driver. He lied. He also said that I drove off to fast to speak with me the day of my rental pick up, those are his words to me. Then he said he called the repair shop and apologized to them, but not me. Im sure he had my phone number on the agreement. Then he ask how can he make it right and I told him I need to Uber to the repair shop, he was hesitate at first and said we are really busy right now but im going see what I can do. The repair shop was a 2 min drive from them. I got in the driver car and it was "EXTREMELY" dirty. Food and dirty finger print all over the windows. Just disgusting! It seem like no one including the Manager cared about my experience or providing decent customer service. Worst experience in a already stressful situation.
