  The service is horrible I had a mechanical issue enterprise roadside assistance sent me to this location where I was met by the rudest female employee . Very horrible experience do not recommend this location

  This location is not bad but this review is specifically for the call centre. They're very rude and they're not helpful at all. They don't give correct information and not willing to communicate back and forth, it's like they were giving us orders to follow and wouldn't answer our questions directly.

  **Poor customer service, dishonest price quote** En route to Disneyland from our home in Utah, our car broke down around Las Vegas. We left our car at a repair shop there and called the national line to reserve a minivan to take us to Anaheim and back. The reservation process went smoothly, but we were then told that because of the late notice we also needed to call the local Enterprise office at the Hard Rock Hotel to confirm. Okay, fair enough. We called the number they gave us to the "local branch", and from there were transferred about three more times. The guy we wound up talking to was friendly enough, but apparently even he *still* wasn't on-site at that branch. We were also told that, contrary to the assurances in the pre-recorded loop we heard ad nauseum while on hold, Enterprise did *not* have pickup service available--we had to Uber a ride from the repair shop to the branch location. Those frustrations aside, we were ultimately able to pick up the rental with very little trouble and the van seemed adequate. While still in Anaheim, we got the news that our own car wasn't repairable. Okay, then--how to get home to Utah? We called Enterprise and asked for a quote if we just held onto the minivan an extra day and returned it to an Enterprise location in Utah. Quote given: $620 and change, including all fees. We confirmed the credit card charge, and it was done--or so I thought. One can imagine our surprise when we dropped off the van in Utah per the new agreement and were invoiced for a grand total of $762.40. I called the branch back in Vegas today (at least, I assume I was speaking to someone in, or around, Las Vegas). After some digging, the representative told that the $620 I was quoted didn't include the extra day; just the fee for converting our arrangement into a one-way rental. The representative was very polite (one had the impression she dealt with situations like mine more frequently than she was allowed to admit), but ultimately my protestations that we were being charged $140 more than the quote fell on deaf ears. They already had our credit card number, so . . . that was that. Takeaways: Enterprise is not efficient. Enterprise is not honest. Enterprise will not be getting my business again.
