Nothing says “we value your business” quite like offering a customer a payment of $784 per month for 72 months on a used 2023 Ford F-150 for roughly $29k. That works out to $56,448 in payments—before considering insurance, fuel, maintenance, and the value of my paid-off trade-in, which I know wasn’t much but still. I appreciate Enterprise showing me exactly why every customer should bring a calculator, request the complete financing breakdown, and never shop based solely on the monthly payment. Needless to say, I kept my keys and walked away.

The guy who called me roadside, and checked me in was very nice and professional. Unfortunately you're handed off to some other guy. The wait to be shuttled over from Crash Champions was over 40 minutes. Despite it being down the street. The receptionist had to call Enterprise 3 times to tell them i've been waiting. After being checked in by professional guy. The wait was another 30 minutes to get a car. I was told i could get a ride home if Crash Champions was not done fixing my car. I deliver my car on Saturday 3pm. (like the contract states). I was asked about the time because they close at that time. Well then don't book that damn time! And i was told i wouldn't get a ride home because they are closed. (that guy who checked me out, and told me i could be shuttled home as long if it wasn't too far). Still waiting for email confirmation of rental return and deposit refunded. Crap Service..

I’ve rented from every car rental place and both times I’ve been here the customer service is top tier. Communication, verbal professionalism and empathy is truly felt. The auto choices given have been exactly what we asked for. Our SUV was clean, smelled good and worked very well. Thank you

This location is my go-to location. BUT I called this location yesterday to ask about SUVs and they said they had some for the next day. She told me to just make the reservation so they know to pick up enough. Fast forward to today, I called the location today before I left to go to the location to confirm they had a SUV ready. They said yes, there's a Wagoneer for me. I told them that I will leave right now to the location. I get there and they handed my vehicle/Wagoneer to the guy infront of me. So I get to the rep and all they had left was a minivan. I am responding to a wildfire, I'm not taking a minivan to any environment near it, even if it's in town. I also would have this vehicle for 2.5 weeks and had to deploy tomorrow morning and all they said was to check other locations. So this was extra frustrating. I've never experienced something this frustrating before and I rent minimum 1.5 months out of a year.

The primary reason I rented a vehicle was because the air conditioning in my own vehicle is not working. I specifically rented a car so I could safely and comfortably travel during the extreme summer heat in Las Vegas. Instead, I was provided a vehicle with no window tint, and the air conditioning did not adequately cool the interior. Despite using a windshield sunshade whenever the vehicle was parked, the interior became dangerously hot. The excessive heat caused my work lamp to melt. When I picked it up, it burned my fingers. The seat belt buckle also became so hot that it burned my fingers when I attempted to fasten my seat belt, making it impossible to wear my seat belt at the beginning of my drive. This created a serious safety hazard. While driving, the dashboard flashed, and a warning message appeared stating that certain vehicle systems were not activated because of the extreme interior heat. Receiving a warning that vehicle systems were being limited due to the heat was alarming and raised concerns about the safety and condition of the rental vehicle. I also have USAA auto insurance, which provides a discount with Enterprise. At no point during the rental process was I informed that I was eligible for this discount or given the opportunity to use it. I rented this vehicle specifically to avoid the extreme heat caused by my own vehicle’s inoperative air conditioning. Instead, I was provided a rental that failed to provide a safe and adequately cooled environment, resulting in burns, damage to my personal property, and significant inconvenience. Upon returning the vehicle the employee asked about my experience to which I explained above issues. The response I got was “aww I’m sorry have a blessed day.” This is superior customer service?? Funny I didn’t get an email or text to leave a review as before. I’ll be taking my business down the street to Budget Car Rental, at a rate of $20 per day utilizing my USAA discount.
