  From the time that I walked in the door and returned the vehicle, I was impressed by the most courteous and inviting staff. No long line, no waiting, and complete explanation on how to operate the many gadgets on the car. We were offered water or coffee, but the process went so smoothly that we were done before needing anything. Restrooms were clean. No hard sell on extras. Our staff person was Samuel who did an outstanding job, but all of the staff members treated their customers the same way. The car was clean, no odors and had a full gas tank. When I returned the car, the checkout was so fast that I did not even have a chance to sit down, and we were done! Oh, the courtesy drive back to my home was a wonderful extra bonus, because I had no one to pick me up. Yes, will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends. Thanks for a great experience.

  Don't waste your time. I booked a premium suv 2 weeks in advance, I got a call confirming the pick up 2 days prior and when I showed up for it they said they gave them all away and all they had available was a mini van or a 15 seater... when I asked what the point of reserving in advance was, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know.. do yourself a favor and rent from turo. Thankfully I was able to get the exact vehicle I needed within the same hour

  I always use Enterprise when rental vehicle is needed. The place where we picked up and returned the vehicle had friendly and helpful staff.

  This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car rental agency! HK, Ashley and Ann were very friendly, helpful and kind. Everyone at the branch was competent and very quick. I was offered water and coffee, and Ann even gave me a ride. They truly went above and beyond!
