  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Enterprise location on Sky Pointe! From the moment I walked in, HK, Cashley, and Ann were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. A special thank you to HK, who truly went above and beyond. HK was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to come across someone who cares so much about making sure customers have a great experience. Cashley and Ann were amazing as well—courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The whole team made me feel valued, and their professionalism really stood out. Thank you all for the exceptional service! I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable rental experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

  I've been renting from the Enterprise on Sky Pointe in Las Vegas for years, but this was the first time I've ever had anyone accuse me of giving them attitude during my rental pick up for asking them to call me by name as opposed to "hun" and "love" from someone who's half my age. I've only had positive experiences with past rentals but was a little surprised by the condescending and dismissive behavior from Rosie Delrosario during my recent visit. The car was also dirty and had no windshield wiper fluid when I received it. She asked if I wanted it detailed, which I felt was a silly question especially coming from the Branch Manager, as I didn't rent a vehicle just to wait around for it to be cleaned. I'm giving a 2 star only because the rest of the staff were excellent, all friendly and attentive. My check out was smooth and I had a good experience with Stew. Though based on the awkward and uncomfortable interaction checking-in I doubt I'll be renting from Enterprise again in the future.

  Had an amazing experience here with Mike Jones! highly recommend super professional. He does the best possible to meet your needs whether selling, trading or buying a car. Super awesome atmosphere! and also thank you to the manager Bryan for helping out.
