    Felt like a VIP getting my 2027 rental right at the Sahara LasVegas check-in! Only had it for one day but picking up and returning were almost as easy as walking in my own house and hanging my keys on the keyrack!

    Wonderful customer service, great cars fast and convenient. Associate hunter at the Sahara resort was amazing. Thank you for all your help hunter will definitely be back. Recommend Sahara resort location above them all😊😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    The check-in experience was incredibly frustrating. The employee wasn’t even at the desk when we arrived. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to call the office just to get him to come down from the garage, where he said he was “checking inventory.” Once he finally showed up, he told us they didn’t have the vehicle we had reserved. Instead of honoring the rate for a comparable vehicle, he offered to rent us a different car—but only if we paid more. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t available and you’re expected to pay extra for their mistake? This was a complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. I won’t be using this Enterprise location again.

    My first time to Vegas and I booked the rental at the incorrect location. DJ saved the day and the trip . Kuddos to him and his ability to alleviate the situation . He fixed it all and provide a great rental for our visit. We'll be back and will rent again from this location.
