  My first time to Vegas and I booked the rental at the incorrect location. DJ saved the day and the trip . Kuddos to him and his ability to alleviate the situation . He fixed it all and provide a great rental for our visit. We'll be back and will rent again from this location.

  Per my rental agreement I was instructed to drop off my rental car at this location by noon, I dutifully arrived at the location at 11AM and had a difficult time navigating where the drop-off should occur. I called the branch and did not receive an answer, the call then forwarded to another nearby enterprise establishment (I don't know which) who helpfully described to me where the car should go and and where to get to the desk to finalize the drop-off. After navigating in circles in the large hotel adjacent garage, I found the enterprise area and parked the car. I headed over to where the enterprise desk was to see it unattended, still before their closing and before my drop-off time. I went back outside and used the key drop off labeled for enterprise. A week later I received a voicemail from a number with no caller id informing me my drop off was made late (the next morning) and that my rental cost was now higher. I looked up this establishments number to return the call, hit a recording indicating they are closed (mind you I received the voicemail minutes before). I reached out to corporate enterprise support who informed me only the local branch can resolve this, and I will need to call back when they are next open. Overall, I abided by my rental agreement and followed all guidance provided by enterprise employees and have found myself in this uncertain situation. Considering the price of this rental for a single 24-hour duration rivals that of first class airplane accommodations for a cross country flight, I'm beyond disappointed. This is not an experience I will repeat and I will ensure that by no longer engaging Enterprise in any form of business - I can only advise you don't as well.

  I fly into the states often and use Enterprise. This morning at Sahara hotel with DJ the representative was shocking. The worst customer experience I’ve ever had in the United States. After a cold welcome, being told I wasn’t getting a car until I went back and got my passport, dispite the booking saying driving license and credit card was all that was required as I tried to explain. He barked at me “it’s in the small print”. I played the game and went and got my passport, already late, after having already completed online collection registration. On return I explained this hadn’t been my experience before and he asked me to name where I had hired before. I gave him a long list of previous bookings, which seemed to irritate him and he proceeded to say, don’t worry I am cancelling your booking “you can go to one of those other hotels and get your car”. He then and there cancelled my booking and when I asked why he was doing that when I had now presented all of the requested items, he simply said, “your attitude”. I was shocked and called the customer service desk. Who were disgusted by their employee and said a general manager would call me. DJ had walked off and left the desk unmanned after refusing to give me my rental. They did not call after an hour so I changed the booking myself to the Flamingo and the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful to get me on my way. I wish they had been the start to my day. Still no call from the management, good job I wasn’t still waiting to get a hire car. Utterly ridiculous the whole experience. Thanks Flamingo hotel team. Get some customer service training Sahara!

  Car was not available at the time of the reservation. Had to wait over an hour. When it did arrive from another location, it was dirty. And no clear directions on how to return the vehicle to this location. Some better signage would go a long way. Very disappointed in this branch location.

  I specifically booked a car rental in Las Vegas to go to the Hoover dam. When I got to this location nobody was there and it was during office hours.
