  This location provided the worst customer service I've experienced, and it started with the manager, EJ. I didn't even know he was the manager until I asked to speak with one that tells you everything about his personality.. He was rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he changed my pickup location without my knowledge or approval. I only found out after calling the reservation line. The representative confirmed that the original location did have a vehicle available, so the lack of communication between the reservation center and this location should not have become my problem. As the customer, I expected them to honor my reservation or provide a comparable vehicle. Natalia (I may have her name wrong) was kind and professional and did her best to explain the situation, but by then the experience had already been ruined. If you're renting through insurance or reserving a standard vehicle, don't expect the same level of service as customers renting more expensive vehicles.
