  I went to Enterprise after unfortunately getting scammed at another car rental place, and let me tell you—the customer service here was AMAZING! 🙌 They were completely transparent about the pricing, knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process so easy. Since I’m from out of state, I was a little worried going in, but I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. John was absolutely amazing! He was honest, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly fast with the whole process. He made me feel comfortable and made sure everything was clear from the beginning. I highly recommend coming here! 10/10 experience and amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Had a rough experience personally and the team here was very helpful. In particular a grateful thank you to thee manager name Deasia(sorry if misspelled). She was so kind through my frustrations.

  Employees are extremely lazy, came in to get a rental through work. Sat in the lobby waiting for employees as the managers hid in their offices for over 25 minutes. Finally a guy who doesn't speak fluent english comes up, takes drivers license and everything up til I get the keys and he grabs a manager, and they state the reservation needed to be resent but gave no reasoning behind why. Employees froze then started pulling excuses out their butts when asked by Company rep what was wrong with the reservation. Employees are extremely useless, been in the lobby for over an hour and still no vehicle. Enterprise employees sit here and plays games with customers it while the leads stay hidden in the back. Employees aren't even able to do their own job without running to the back with questions every 2 minutes. Just bring the dang manager out at that point.

  Do not rent from this place. They're customer service is horrible in store and the Cars are Junk! Horrible Since I've been in the place waiting to get my car.4 or 5 people inside had to switch cars and I had to switch my car as well and even that one was Junk a/c hardly worked drives Horrible had engine light very dirty cars and even when I dropped it off there was 3 people switching cars again one got stuck crazy go to Avis they will Treat you like a king and give you a reliable car Which everyone expects for a rental car place. Will not rent again from there

  We had an amazing experience renting a car here! Everything was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Huge shoutout to Zii and Leo—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. Their customer service was outstanding! Seriously, give these guys a raise—they’ve earned it! 😄 Thanks again for making our trip start off on the right foot. We’ll definitely be back next time!
