We made a reservation at Enterprise on East Sahara and hurried over there as fast as we could with our remaining functional vehicle. Cynthia, our service rep, had our rental car ready for us right away and treated us with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I am most appreciate of her helping us out of a jam. From start to finish, we were in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
