  Update still have not heard anything from anyone reguarding this situation contacted the office and was hung up on. Where do I start.veey unprofessional place management no better.Assistant office manager is not equipped for the position doesn't have good customer service at all. They seem to think they are bigger then the company and makes theyre own rules. I don't think Enterprise Corp will be to pleased Front desk staff very childish and rude to say the least. I recentlyremted a car and upon dropping off car I needed a ride home I was denied that service and told because I was being disrespectful when in face I wasn't I simply told them I would do an review about the person answering the phones. I am looking for to HR contacting me back about this situation because they all need to be fired... I will continue to update this review and also post videos of the interactions. Per the policy of Enterprise pick up and drop offs are something that is provided to customers HOWEVER today I was denied that service and told to ride the public bus or walk in retaliation to me stating that I will write a review about the customer service I received +4 Enterprise offers free pick-up and drop-off services at most non-airport locations during normal business hours . A representative will pick you up from home, your office, or your hotel, drive you to the local branch, and drop you off after your rental.Details for this service include:Distance Limits: Pick-ups are generally available within a 10-mile radius of the rental branch (though some locations operate within 3-5 miles ).Airport Exceptions: Enterprise cannot pick up or drop off customers at airports due to security regulations.Advance Notice: You must contact the local rental office directly or schedule the pick-up during the reservation process, ideally at least 2 hours in advance.Delivery & Collection: In select markets, Enterprise also offers a Car Rental Delivery program where they bring the car directly to you and pick it up at the end of your rental. I did call ahead of time and was talked to ina very rude and unprofessional and unpleasant manner buy someone who did not give there name.who I still don't have her name however the calls are recorded and I'm sure the videos will show exactly who she is

  The enterprise on Sahara near eastern is the best I’ve ever been to. They are quick efficient and super nice and the lady that picks you up and takes you back to your home or to your car wherever it might be is super nice. This is a great place To rent a car I love it that it’s close to my house and I love that everyone there is so kind..

  I only leave Google reviews when I experience good service. I’ve used enterprise before but not this location. I’m happy to say that the great care that I usually receive, at my normal enterprise is the same great care I receive at this one. Great staff. In and out. Quick and easy. They took care of me while my car was in the shop. Good job everyone.
