  I rented on shirt notice through the Summerlin (Las Vegas) office. Madison was very helpful and got me on my way quickly even while juggling several other customers. Great service, I will only call this office the next time I rent a car.

  The ease of making a reservation online and even editing the reservation. The employees at the location made it a simple n fast transaction from retrieving the car n drop off. The ease of getting a ride to location and getting dropped off to home. No long wait periods for any transaction at all. Customer service was great. Mister was the one who assisted me w the rental. Definitely will recommend this Lake Mead location and will be using this location again in the near future for car rental needs in Las Vegas.

  I like the convenient location as we frequently rent from this location. Having a large selection of vehicles, the friendly customer service and the rental rates are all a positive experience. My only advise to management would be to pay a close attention to interior cleanliness of the vehicles, as the one we rented was not. Additionally, it would be nice to receive a vehicle with a full tank of gas, rather than leaving it to the customer to do so. In order for a business to maintain a five-star rating, paying attention to the small details goes a long way in this competitive market environment.
