  Someone hit my car yesterday and it needed to be towed. I did not have the time or energy to deal with a rental car yesterday...or today really. This was on our way home, from errands we needed to run, and Madison and Matthew were amazing! Thanks for helping us make the best of a crappy situation!

  The office manager, Madison, is awesome and the other staff is always friendly and professional. I love the pick-up service, They have a variety of cars to choose from. Always a good experience here.

  2 great rental experiences. The staff is friendly and always wanting to help. The vehicle selection was there that I requested. I usually prefer to book any airport location because prices are better, the staff is faster, and less particular, but this local rental has been matching that experience.

  The ease of making a reservation online and even editing the reservation. The employees at the location made it a simple n fast transaction from retrieving the car n drop off. The ease of getting a ride to location and getting dropped off to home. No long wait periods for any transaction at all. Customer service was great. Mister was the one who assisted me w the rental. Definitely will recommend this Lake Mead location and will be using this location again in the near future for car rental needs in Las Vegas.
