    We liked the people. They were pleasant and helpful, answering questions and explaining anything we needed. The pick-up and drop-off service was really appreciated as we didn't have another car. We would use them again and recommend this location.

    Tomo was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for me several times throughout my rental experience. When an SUV wasn’t initially available, he quickly found me a van so I wouldn’t be left without transportation, then arranged an SUV for me just two days later. He handled every detail, kept me informed, and made the entire process feel completely stress-free. He even coordinated with the insurance company behind the scenes to make sure they covered an additional rental day, saving me from having to deal with it myself. Tomo genuinely cares about his customers and makes you feel like you’re in good hands from beginning to end. This is exactly what outstanding customer service looks like. He deserves recognition, and I would gladly return to this Enterprise location because of him!

    Someone hit my car yesterday and it needed to be towed. I did not have the time or energy to deal with a rental car yesterday...or today really. This was on our way home, from errands we needed to run, and Madison and Matthew were amazing! Thanks for helping us make the best of a crappy situation!
