  So I have been renting from this facility at least a few times a year for at least the past 4 years. I have been sending friends, family, and employees here. Not anymore, and here is why. Tuesday I stopped by to make a reservation for pick up Thursday morning . I was told by the employee that "I got you". My reply was don't I get an email with my reservation number etc. His reply we don't do emails anymore. I said ok, as long as you have the truck ready for me Thursday morning. Again, "don't worry, I got chu". Well it is now Thursday morning and I get a phone call 5 minutes before they open telling me they don't have anything for me. Keep in mind I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open next to a truck that I assume is my rental. When I walk in I am told that truck is for someone else and basically it is what it is. If you own a small business like myself. I encourage you to use a different company. I will be for sure. - very unsatisfied, previously Loyal customer

  They picked me up & dropped me off at home. It took less than 15 minutes to get into a car

  Enterprise was very efficient with our time and friendly. There was a lot of hustle and bustle with the truck rental right next door. But we were in and out for pick up and drop off. A+
