Great experience, no surprise fees, no upsell after you’ve already made your reservation online, what I ordered is what I got, with the exception to a luxury vehicle which was nice for our roadtrip down to Flagstaff. The guys at the shop were nice, straight forward, and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes on both pick up and return. Will be going to this location again.

Good, but could be better. I "reserved" (calling an enterprise booking a reservation is insane, it's way more like a suggestion) a full size sedan. I called an hour ahead of my pickup time to see if I can choose a model before I get there. I understand with car rentals you get what you get, but if you want to be a good rental company you should at least TRY to work with the customer to get the model they want, even if it's not an exact match. This location is trying. Could they be trying harder? I think so. But in any case, that call put me on hold for a few minutes. By the time I got on the line, they didn't have the class of vehicle I was looking for available yet. When I got to the store, they said they had a Sentra being cleaned. This car is not full size, but between a Sentra and an Altima, you could do a hell of a whole lot worse. The good news is that they had no issues with my insurance, since I did that paperwork online and I called my insurance to make sure everything was above board. After verifying the current condition of the car and driving off, I realized that the AC was not performing as well as I expected. It was blowing both cold and warm at different points in the drive. I thought it was just vegas heat doing what it does, but no, it was actually this auto start stop feature, which shuts off the engine, and therefore stops the AC system when the car is stopped. Since there's a lot of stop lights in vegas, you can imagine how the experience went. There were other issues with the Sentra but that was the most pressing one. Folks, just because a car is newer doesn't mean everything will be perfect. That's the major takeaway here. Returning the car after hours was a simple process. Here's the bottom line. I'm a car person. I cannot in good conscious give anything higher than a 3 when the options for rental are that limited, especially when there's a wait for it. They gave me a credit and that's good and I think most people will be satisfied with that but I have standards and I'm not going to change them to appease enterprise. "But Ducktah Wahwee, how many options is enough?' I would say 2 or 3 in the reserved class is plenty for a mixed fleet rental company like this. "But Ducktah Wahwee, people can extend their rentals!" Okay, then get extra inventory. If someone reserved a vehicle WELL in advance, especially if they check in, they should get 2 options in their class minimum. I think this location has a good team, and I look forward to renting with them in the future, and I hope next time I will receive a much better experience.

Everyone at this location is so lovely to interact with - from being picked up in a shuttle at the collision center by one awesome gentleman (I learned more about Las Vegas and local events), to chatting in the lobby with the sweetest lady employee with a hurt arm (no one has name tags lol), then the ease of getting truck keys from the new branch manager (I think his name is Hassan? He was so kind and has the best smile~), and later making reservation changes to switch to a cozy car. They are super busy but they all handle it so well, lots of laughter and love here. They even stayed a little after closing to help me. I wish them all the best in life!~ ☺️

I changed the drop off location by phone 4 days ahead of the drop off. That change was not processed. That created a stressful situation as it was not realized until the night before the car was to be turned in. In the end, I had to turn in the car ahead of schedule to make it work out. The second issue was that I was given a car with damage to it. The salesman said he noted the damage and I took pictures while he was inspecting the car with me. When I turned in the car, though, I had to sign an incident report because the reciever lot said that is protocol, no matter what may have been noted at pick up. I don’t like that at all. Why did I get a damaged car to begin with? Why should I have to sign an incident report that reflects the damage to the car when I received it? Not happy.

I rented a cylinder vehicle while my SUV was at Gerber Collision and Glass shop for 1 week & 1/2. The experience I had was great from reserving online, to being picked up at Gerber Collision, to dropping off the rental & being dropped off at Gerber Collision and Glass shop! Very professional, very courteous, and when i dropped off the rental, Kelu Archibald ( Branch Manager didnt hesitate with any overages i was charged. She handled it professionally & gave me all the misunderstanding there might have been when reserving my rental. I really appreciated all whom helped me from the start. Im very happy for this experience & will definitely use Enterprise Rental car always! Thank you very much Kelu Archibald, you earned great respect from me & i greatly appreciate your kindness & patience. You are the best in customer service! Bravo! Thank you very much! Djm
