    This is my second time interacting with this location and hands down the best by far. First time. I needed to rent a vehicle for a few days and this was the one within a 5 minute driver from my new place. Reserved online and picked up the following day Met Kelu who was very welcoming and help me with the reservation, she explained all I needed to know about the rental. When my vehicle wasn't ready. she summons for another employee to wash and prepare it for me. While I was waiting offered coffee and chop it up with Daniel another employee. Came this past week to return a vehicle I drove from Oakland and once again engaged with Kelu. She definitely knows her stuff and is an asset to the company.

    They are always so helpful and all hard workers at this location. Acknowledged from the moment you walk in. Every rental has been such an easy process. Very satisfied!

    Had to rent a car on short notice during a vacation because my car had a major fault part way through my trip. Enterprise in Las Vegas on Decatur blvd was very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Enterprise for all your rental car needs.

    Kelu was the best saw that I was struggling with a situation that was out of my control and she was coming up with ideas. Even if she was the only one taking costumers she had another idea that she didn't have to do. Thank you from all of the Steele girls that day. Ps still fighting with it but I will coming to her when it is fixed.
