    I usually hate dealing with Enterprise because the policies always seem to change and every location tells you something different lol. But Nessa was seriously great! She was basically doing the job of like four people and still made sure everyone was greeted and helped. She also took the time to go over a ton of the car’s features with me (probably way more than most people would), which I really appreciated. Nobody wants to have to get a rental, but she made the whole experience so much better!

    Very dismissive staff. Not any help. Very condescending as well. STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE ENTERPRISE LOCATINS IN LAS VEGAS. nothing but jerks work at them. (Actually airport staff has always been good to me, just not the little branches). Reservations are meaningless with them. They will tell you "too bad, go somewhere else". You have been warned

    On the website it will let you rent a pickup truck as a 24 year old and someone will call and confirm all of the details but as soon as you arrive to pick up the truck they will let you know that if you’re under the age of 25 you can’t rent a pickup truck. Utter waste of time

    I’ve rented vehicles at this location several times. I’ve dealt with almost everyone and they place customer service at the highest level. I’ve been provided a ride home as well, no questions asked they get you home. If you need a vehicle and live in the southwest I highly recommend this location.
