I have been renting cars here for the past two years, and every experience has been excellent. The entire staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to recognize the manager, Emma, for her exceptional service. She has consistently been kind, professional, and attentive, making every rental experience smooth and enjoyable. While the employee was polite, they did not explain the rental process, policies, or charges at all, which made the experience confusing and frustrating. It felt like they were not properly trained. I expected better communication and guidance. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with the level of service.

It was too large to keep driving so I called this location and Emma called the location nearest to me to get me into a new vehicle as soon as possible. I can tell she is the type of person who does everything to the best of her ability and with enthusiasm. She is the BEST!
