- NWNancy ward3 days ago4.0Recently rented a car from enterprise due to my car needing repair after an accident. The car was perfect however despite the insurance company paying for the rental I still had to pay a deposit that 24 hrs later I'm still waiting for the refund. Overall the rental experience was not bad but I don't like the way the refunds are issued.. My bank will show a pending as soon as refund is received and since I haven't gotten it yet leads me to believe it has not been returned yet. I was told 3 to 5 days so hopefully I will see something at that time and will not have to contact enterprise again.
