    It was very good. Years ago I had need to rent a car in New Mexico and I rented from Enterprise there. Both New Mexico and Las Vegas, Nevada Enterprises were great service and cars. Thank you and please continue to do so in both states.

    The first vehicle I received smelled so bad I had to go buy air freshener immediately. The engine light was on the tire light was on. It needed so much work that the gas was just going so fast because the tires were bad the engine was bad and it was a horrible vehicle. After 2 weeks I switched it out for different vehicle. The second vehicle was much better I had an accident so the other party was supposed to be paying 100% however they forced me to use my credit card in order to be driving the vehicle in my name. And they ended up charging me even though the other person's insurance was paying for the entire time they chose to charge me and then reimburse me. And I still have not been reimbursed. I will never use Enterprise again

    Overall experience was great from reservation to return of the vehicle - it waswas a bliss. Everything was very accommodating - I will be doing more business with Enterprise Car Rental in the future. Keep up the good work guys👍!
