  Stacy at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood location gave 5 star service. He was the only person working the desk on a busy Saturday and was courteous, efficient and professional. I called earlier in the morning a couple times and no one answered after ringing for at least 2 minutes straight before it cut off. I was so pleasantly surprised when Stacy went above what I would’ve expected, and called me back! I would never expect this from any business, actually. I know from seeing it many times renting a car, that oftentimes the locations are understaffed and very busy so I am very impressed with the positive customer experience that Stacy provided. Also, at the return location at PHX, Lataya was very friendly and helpful. She checked our rental in quickly to get us on our way.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Extremely frustrating experience. I rented from Enterprise (Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas to LAX) and wanted to redeem my loyalty points on the rental. The Las Vegas agent told me I could apply them at return at LAX. The LAX agent then told me they couldn't do it there and to call customer service, who would apply them. When I called, I was transferred between departments over and over, the reps were rude and kept cutting me off, and I was ultimately told my points couldn't be applied because the car was already returned — a situation created entirely by their own employees giving me wrong information twice. Nobody took ownership; every department just pointed at another. If Enterprise's departments don't understand their own points policy, that's a training problem on them, not something a paying customer should have to untangle. Very disappointing service across the board.
