  A huge thank you to EJ and Vivian at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in the Paris Las Vegas hotel! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely made the entire rental experience easy. They set us up with a convertible Mustang, and it absolutely made our vacation. Driving through Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, and the Valley of Fire with the top down turned an already great trip into an unforgettable one. EJ and Vivian went above and beyond with their customer service. They were welcoming, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect before we hit the road. It’s rare to find people who care that much about making sure customers have a great experience. If you’re renting a car in Las Vegas, I can’t recommend this Enterprise location enough. Ask for EJ and Vivian—you’ll be in great hands!

  The rental was great! the car was great! The staff was Great! The return was Terrible.. We had like 15 spots in the Parris Vegas lot available. They were filled. I had to drive around which took me out of parking deck. That cost me $20. I had to reenter the parking deck. Once at site to park for enterprise, a man was standing outside of his car parked in enterprise listed spot. I asked him if he was a enterprise listed vehicle? He said no. I asked him to move since there were no spot to return the vehicle to. He did move his car. But this cost me $20 dollars extra, because I had to leave the parking deck and return to the spot. There is no attendant there to monitor the parking spots for enterprise. And we were in Vegas which has no parking in the first place. So why wasn't there guaranteed parking for my vehicle? I'll give update, when I go back in morning to see if they cover my $20. And this is on my own time now that I have to get up at 7 and go down to the snagging area to see if they cover cost.

  Rental can only be made online as there is no physical office. Staff was decent but not much help, referred you to a sheet of paper for pickup and return details. Wandered around a massive parking garage trying to locate car by "clicking" a FOB and listening for a chirp. Return car and hope for a spot near the pickup spot, and drop keys off back at the front desk of the Hotel. It was fine but service was lacking, car was clean and process was uneventful. Good for a pinch.

  not sure why there are poor ratings here but EJ and the staff here are amazing! From checking in, pick up to drop off, the whole experience has been so smooth and quick. The fact that desk was located right at our hotel was a plus, and we didn’t have to leave the building to get to our car. I’d definitely return. Thank you to all the friendly staff for such a great service! huge kudos!!

  Great service from staff, poor logistics by management and the hotel. Staff at the desk were very efficient, helpful, and friendly. Great service! But, there are two problems. First, the location on Google Maps is completely wrong. It is actually located right next to the registration desk in the Paris resort. It is NOT located in the Horseshoe Events Center, which is where the map pin on Google Maps says it is located. Problem two is that the drop off location is very difficult to navigate. There are no signs at the entrance indicating which lane you are supposed to get in to return the car. You need to enter through the ride share only entrance on the far left. If you don’t enter this way it is extremely difficult to find the return location.
