On March 27, 2026, I took my Tesla, which is professionally wrapped and very well maintained, through Dash Car Wash located at 9280 S Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed that the machine had scratched the front passenger side A-pillar near the side mirror and hood area. After inspecting it more closely, it became apparent that the damage went through the wrap and may have even affected the original dark gray paint underneath.
I reported the damage immediately while still on the property. Manager Xavier provided me with a damage report form, which I completed on-site. I documented everything, marked the exact location of the damage, and took photos of the completed paperwork for my records. I was told that someone would contact me within a few days regarding my claim.
After several days passed without hearing from anyone, I returned to the location and personally spoke with Xavier again. He assured me that someone would be reaching out to me and asked me to continue waiting. Trusting that they would do the right thing, I gave them more time.
Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. It is now June, and despite filing an official damage claim on March 27th, following up in person, and speaking directly with Xavier, I have never received a single phone call, email, text message, or any update regarding my claim. Nobody ever contacted me, inspected the damage, or made any effort to resolve the issue.
I will be uploading photos of both the damage and the report form because I want other customers to know exactly what happened. The most disappointing part is not that an accident occurred, accidents happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism afterward.
They gave me paperwork to file a claim, promised that someone would contact me, and then completely failed to follow through. I even returned in person and spoke directly with manager Xavier, who assured me that someone would reach out, but once again, nothing happened. Instead of standing behind their service, they simply ignored the issue and left me with the damage.
Very disappointing experience and poor professionalism. I gave Dash Car Wash every opportunity to make things right and resolve this privately, but I was completely ignored. If you own a Tesla, a wrapped vehicle, custom paint, or simply care about your car, I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this location. Customer service and accountability matter, and unfortunately Dash Car Wash demonstrated neither.
