  TJ Is very knowledgeable, and was patient with us during our visit. We picked a Class A motorhome that we love and appreciated being able to take it out for a test drive. Thanks, TJ for making this a great experience

  Useless !. needed help and they refused to even look at our issue and complained that they had vehicles in for the past 3 weeks they couldn't get to. Sounds like poor management to me.

  I’ll start by acknowledging the elephant in the room: Camping World does not exactly have the greatest reputation in the RV world. I read plenty of the horror stories before buying, although I also noticed that a surprising number of them seemed to boil down to some variation of “I did not read the contract I signed.” My experience with Camping World Las Vegas was excellent from beginning to end. I live about eight hours away, and they happened to have the only used example in the country I could find of the exact model and floorplan I wanted. That meant I had a lot of very specific questions before I was willing to make the trip. I called and Jason Barrett answered. Rather than giving me vague salesperson answers, Jason went outside in 100+ degree Las Vegas summer heat, crawled around the camper, checked the things I asked about, and sent me photos to verify what he was telling me. We came to an agreement that I thought was fair to both sides, I placed a deposit, and they held the camper for me. When I arrived, it was exactly where they said it would be, out front, charged, and ready for my inspection. During that inspection I found one thing I had a question about. While I was starting the paperwork with Jason, delivery coordinator Nick Whestine went outside, checked it, and took a photo that completely answered my concern. No runaround, no attempt to wave it away, just “let’s go look.” Sarah Gallegos handled the financing and was equally easy to work with. I had some admittedly neurotic requirements about which banks I did and did not want my application submitted to, and she respected them. Better yet, she managed to get me a better rate than my own credit union. They offered the usual warranties and other value-added products, several of which could make perfect sense for another buyer, but did not make sense for my particular situation. There was no drama when I declined them. Nick then earned some bonus points by talking me through hooking up my first-ever weight distribution hitch before I left. From the time I arrived until I was pulling out with the camper was less than two hours. I immediately headed off on a roughly 2,000-mile road trip through the Southwest, which is a pretty good way to discover whether a used RV was represented accurately. It was. I’m leaving next week on my second camping trip, and I’m still absolutely thrilled with the camper. More importantly for purposes of this review, it was represented honestly, the deal we agreed to was the deal I received, and Jason, Sarah, and Nick all did exactly what they said they would do. I can only speak to my own purchase, but Camping World Las Vegas made buying a used camper from eight hours away remarkably painless. I would happily work with this team again.

  Nul ils se sont même pas pris la tête a regarder le problème...on y est allé pour un problème de générateur et faire la vidange...ils n' ont rien fait mais la facture était de 400 dollars...une honte...pour eux le moteur est hors service alors que c est pas le cas....des voleurs Un ami à nous a fait faire une vidange ils ont trop mis d huile...c est du n importe quoi.....

  I’ve never felt so ashamed of a store. Not only are majority of workers elderly and unhealthy they are outright lazy and rude. The only time I’ve felt any love was when buying an rv they kissed ass left and right haha surprised not? The customer service is absolutely awful, why work in customer service when you aren’t interested in helping or motivated in customer service? I go ask for questions about a toilet they sell only for the guy to shrug and say i don’t know for ever question sarcasticly…? He then proceeds he can’t without a part number which I clearly gave him the item number then proceeds to still sarcasticly say I don’t know? It’s just ridiculous at least do yourself a favor and try and see if you can figure it out or together but without even trying? It’s exactly why you guys are losing sales year by year and going down. It’s to much to ask a question the whole building has a negative energy the front old lady has attitude the sales man have attitude And the customer service is lazy and rude and no help? On top of that you guys are far from 80% of the city of course your business is slowly going down. The management is horrible. It’s easy for the average customer to go on Amazon and cheaper. It’s unfortunate that the employees do not see the downfall they are causing for the business only to later complain automation and Ai is taking over their jobs? Of course you lazy employees don’t want to answer questions or put the effort in helping why wouldn’t ai or automation replace you?
