    Sandra Gellner provided excellent customer service!!! She got under the car to retrieve my tool that fell. She changed out my battery!!! I am extremely satisfied with the way I was treated!!!

    My car broke down across the street. We went to get a new battery and Sandra, the manager, came to my car to help jump it to get it to her store. It wouldn’t jump she called a tow truck company and Ted Wein Tire and Auto. She stayed with us for 2 hours helping us out with everything. She is amazing and we can’t thank her enough. We highly suggest people go to her store and we will not be going to any other store but hers. Can’t say enough how extraordinary her customer service is.

    Purchased a battery and Jaxon did a great job assisting. Went out and helped take out the old battery and put the new one in which I appreciated. Quick and efficient.

    I went in admittedly tired and in no mood for conversation. I was greeted and declined any help. Found my windshield washer fluid and went up to the counter. Alma (please forgive me if I got that name wrong) was ringing me up and even tho I’m sure my face showed I wasn’t in the best mood she pointed out that I could get rain X 3/2 and it would be 4$ more but I would get another gallon. Awesome way to still treat a customer with respect even tho I’m sure I looked grumpy, add some value to me, and make a sale. It’s a little further from my house but I’ll be stopping in here when I need fluid/oil or parts. Thanks.

    came in today to replace my light for my blinker and this lady with short orange hair just looked at my car and said she couldn’t change it, said it was too difficult. Didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t even TRY to help. i just went last month to change my headlight and the guy was more than glad to help!! very poor customer service ended up going to another autozone and they changed it no issues….
