If zero stars were an option, I’d select it without hesitation.
The level of service at this location reflects a complete breakdown in professionalism, accountability, and basic customer courtesy. My mother came in for a simple request assistance locating an oil filter and not a single employee made the effort to help. That’s not a complex task; it’s the bare minimum.
This isn’t an isolated issue either. I’ve personally stopped coming here due to consistently rude front-end staff, and during a recent visit, an older employee behaved in a way that made me genuinely uncomfortable by repeatedly crossing professional boundaries. That alone is unacceptable.
At this point, the problem appears systemic. When an entire team demonstrates the same lack of initiative, respect, and basic workplace standards, it raises serious questions about management and hiring practices. If employees are unwilling to perform the duties they were hired for, they should not be retained simple as that.
Customer service doesn’t require much: basic decency, professionalism, and a willingness to do your job. Right now, this business is failing on all three fronts.
Do better—or make room for people who will. And people wonder why my company is bigger than most. As a business owner, You guys are embarrassing.

I’m writing this review to recognize a supervisor named Grace. She is the best supervisor I’ve encountered at the store located on Vegas Dr. and Decatur in Las Vegas. Her customer service is exceptional, and she has a genuine ability to connect with people, building strong relationships within the community.

I had an excellent experience at this location! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even offered helpful advice to get the job done right. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back
