    I had an extremely disappointing experience with the manager, Richard. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout our interaction. When I tried to get help with a warranty part, he refused to assist and told me I would have to pay for the part all over again just to get it sent to the store. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, he acted like I was a nuisance and showed no concern for customer service. His attitude was arrogant and disrespectful, and it's honestly one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a manager. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible, especially if you have to deal with Richard. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and that was definitely not the case here.

    Sometimes things don't go as we planned and us who spend the money can get upset, I want to leave a review for a particular employee who overall whether I was unhappy or not she kept it all the way professional and still assisted in every way she could. And as I returned today (5/25/26 she still welcomed and greeted me and was sure to still show that professionalism. (Rih)

    One staff member was very helpful while the managers just stood around, talking with customers waiting on them very sloppy service. And the staff was very unprofessional, talking about writing up people in front of customers the Ladie manager was bragging about how she hadn’t been there and so long just holding up the line very unprofessional will never return to this one ever again

    My car was dead and I needed help. Tyrone, Jeremy and the lady manager (sorry forgot to ask her name) were the most professional and kind folk I have met in a long time, and I cannot express enough words to share with everyone how much it means to have folk in Vegas like this. God Bless you guys, and thank you for being there when folks need you. The world needs more of you, truly.
