  Had issues with my car battery terminal. Bought the wrong part but thankfully James was very informative and helpful. He made sure I got the correct part needed and didnt oversell me items that I didnt. Im a mother and so having a good working car is a must. SHOUTOUT TO JAMES. I wish more people had customer service like you these days. Brian he needs a raise. I will be back if I ever need anything else and will refer all my friends and family to this location.

  Went in looking for wiper blades for my vehicle, and less than ten minutes later I was on the road with a brand-new set thanks to Noel, at an affordable price and with free, quick installation. The crew at AutoZone was ready to help, and in 2026, you don't forget that kind of awesome customer service!

  I been getting all my parts at Autozone for the last 20 year and I been in different store, but in my experience this location is the best commercial store and the commercial manager Arely she is the best, she definitely on top of the game always willing to help and find a solution to your needs. This store in general has changed a lot I'm very happy with everything in general and the crew that works there kudos 👏.

  I just moved to Las Vegas where I was told everyone in any business knows their s#@t. Well! that's not the case with AutoZone. I went to A_Z to get a tool to repair my van. I asked counter guy the price of a turn signal bulb for the front. "Well!" he asked me 4x's the model and make, I told him the year, mod, and make 3 more time's. FINELY!!!!! got the year figured out. Then we worked on the Mod. 3-4 tries L8R I thought we were gonna get somewhere, so the next question ❓ was,,, the make. I told him Chevy, he didn't have any idea what I was talking about. Come to find out,,,, there's no book in that store that has any mention of my car. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU WOULD DO. ( KEEP IT LEGAL ).

  They were so very helpful. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The parts were out of my price range. But because they were so great I patronized them fo the stuff I needed for my oil change. Walmart was cheaper BUT I came here and paid the extra bcuz of the service I received. 3 stars is not for the service. The store was arranged in a way that was not as user friendly as some stores ive been in and it wasn't as clean as some stores I visited. Especially the entryway. For me a clean, well kept environment shows they care about the store. When they care about the store, that attitude overflows and its more inviting.
