I wanted to leave a review specifically to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Al Martinez at AutoZone. My best friend was visiting from California and experienced an issue with her vehicle on the drive to Nevada. Before she headed back home through 100-degree temperatures, we decided to check her fluids just to be safe. She had her vehicle serviced at Ford only a week earlier, so neither of us expected to find any problems. To our surprise, the coolant level was extremely low. We immediately drove to AutoZone, where Al came to our rescue. He came outside and checked the coolant level himself and immediately said, "Wow, it's very low. Who serviced the car?" He was genuinely concerned that a vehicle could have left a service appointment at a dealership in that condition. Al quickly looked up the correct coolant, helped us find exactly what we needed, and even added it to the vehicle himself. He went above and beyond to make sure my friend would be safe for her long drive back to California. What stood out most was his kindness. He wasn't just doing his job—he truly cared. He treated us like family and honestly felt like an uncle looking out for us. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Al's willingness to help and genuine concern made a lasting impression. Thank you, Al, for going the extra mile and helping get my friend safely back on the road. AutoZone is lucky to have you! 😊
