  I don’t write too many reviews, but I have come across the most intelligent, kindest young man I have ever met in retail. His name is Leo O. He was so helpful to man my son trying to get RAC repaired with some charger stuff. I never write reviews, but he was so kind and so compassionate I will never go to any other auto store ever. Thank you for hiring him.

  There was no greeting the customer or at least saying thank you for purchasing something 😔. There was one guy working and only one other customer who was walking out when I entered the store. Chaise had no customer service experience. He didn't even acknowledge me when I entered or thanked me for the purchase. He did look up the part no. for me, but I had to go get it myself. How can you have someone working with the public with that kind of customer service skills? I will never go there again. It looks like that place is going out of business with most of the lights in the back turned off. 😔

  Great efficient service! Came in for wiper blades, and the girl even offered to put them on for me. She showed me the deferent options and gave me the differences.
