I was there earlier today getting items for an oil change. The clerk at the register--I think his name is Manuel or Emmanuel--he was very pleasant and nice. He literally walked me to the back of the store to help me choose the correct oil that I needed, as well as the proper filter for my vehicle. Additionally, he walked with me outside to look at my car, in order to verify that I had chosen the correct model of my vehicle to ensure that we had the right filter and oil for it. The store was very clean and organized, and I didn't see any trash or debris anywhere. The main reason for the five-star rating is because Emmanuel was fantastic! He truly displayed SUPERIOR customer service today, and therefore, I can easily give the store five stars based on *his* customer service today. You all are very lucky to have him! Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures because I didn't plan to write a review. I just happened to have some extra time in my day and decided to write a quick one.

I visited AutoZone on the morning of Saturday, July 25, 2026, to purchase a battery for my 2015 GMC Terrain. I had called ahead, and they confirmed they had one in stock. When I arrived, I was assisted by a young lady named Noelia. She helped me find the correct battery and impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism. Replacing the battery on a 2015 GMC Terrain is not a simple job, but Noelia knew exactly how to remove and install it. It was clear that she was experienced and confident in what she was doing. Noelia provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Employees like Noelia make a big difference, and I truly appreciate her excellent service. Thank you, Noelia, for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy!
