Had a dead battery and Justin took care of me super quickly. Very friendly. Was in and out in less than 15 min and he swapped the battery so I didn't have to touch anything. Highly recommend this store.

I always seem to need something these days and I love to leave reviews for those who help me at AutoZone! Ashton was absolutely amazing! He was so pleasant and his positivity and friendly personality you can’t teach! He brightened my day just by his smile and charisma. I needed power steering fluid. He helped me takeoff the cap and placed the power steering inside, problem fixed. But he was so reassuring with his personal personality. AutoZone, you have found a gem, don’t lose it. Stopped by for a free scan of a check engine light & the person there was great. He was very quick to grab a scanner & get the code & load it in the system to figure out the issue. He even found the part I needed at a different store & gave me a printout to go get it.

I had a terrible experience today. My battery died; it was 114 degrees outside, and I had my mother and grandmother—aged 67 and 90—with me in the car. I went in to ask for a battery replacement. The person who helped me had a bad attitude; he came out reluctantly and opened the hood. Since the car doesn't have a prop rod to hold it up, he told me he couldn't change it, claiming it was AutoZone policy and—on top of that—that it was too hot. He closed the hood grudgingly. I knew he was lying and simply didn't want to help me, so I asked if another location could assist me, and he said none of them would. Desperate for help, I went to O'Reilly, and to my surprise, they treated me with such kindness; the young man changed the battery out in the sun and did an excellent job. AutoZone really needs to train its employees better. You're better off going to O'Reilly; the service is better, and the prices are better, too.
