I had a very frustrating experience at this AutoZone. I asked an employee to replace my car battery, and he told me he couldn’t do it “because of the law.” When I asked which law, I didn’t get a clear answer. I ended up driving 20 miles to an AutoZone on the east side, where an employee replaced the battery without a problem. I wasted time and gas because this store would not provide a service another AutoZone was able to provide. If there was a specific reason they couldn’t replace it, they should have explained it honestly and clearly. Very disappointing customer service.

The customer experience was truly terrible. I ordered a part and explicitly told the staff member at the Spring Mountain and Decatur location that I would pick it up at the 7475 Rainbow location. However, when I arrived at the 7475 S. Rainbow location to collect it, my information wasn't in the system; AutoZone had set the pickup location to Vegas Dr., which was very far away. I confirmed with the staff at the Rainbow location that the part was actually in stock and available for pickup—the system showed it was there—yet they refused to help me get the part, even though they had it right there.

The layout of the store is scattered. No visible employees. No employees offered to help find my item. I had to get right in front of them and ask what aisle my item was on. That employee disappeared amd then I had to find another employee and ask to pay. No service whatsoever. The price was double what Walmart charges for the same fluid. I will never buy anything from that store again.

Great experience!!! Jackie V was highly professional and knowledgable. Removed the old battery, installed the new battery and made sure I received the Core Trade-In. This is the only AutoZone I will continue to go to for my auto needs!!!
