Been to multiple locations and everyone is always helpful. Having multiple locations makes it convenient and there is always a store nearby. I like how they have tools available to rent to use on odd jobs. Makes it helpful instead of purchasing expensive tools.

Zion and Payton were absolute rockstars today! I called ahead to confirm the batteries I needed for both my car and my boyfriend’s, and Payton walked me through all the options and even remembered me when we came into the store. He installed my boyfriend’s battery quickly and effortlessly. My car was a bit more complicated since the fuse box sits over the battery, but Payton provided tools, workspace, and guidance so I could try the installation myself. When I hit peak confusion, Zion stepped in and saved the day. He had the knowledge and experience to handle the more complex install — and even did it with an injured hand! Yes, the batteries were a little more expensive than places like Costco or Sam’s Club, but the convenience, location, and outstanding customer service made it completely worth it. Highly recommend this AutoZone!
