  I want to give a special shout-out to Lorena and Perla for their excellent customer service. I had an issue with my delivery and was missing an important item that I was unable to go back and pick up myself. I spoke with Lorena, who was very understanding and took the time to see what she could do to help. I later spoke with Perla, who was also extremely kind, patient, and understanding. Neither of them had anything to do with the original delivery issue, but they both went above and beyond to help me and try to get the situation resolved. They remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the entire process and genuinely made an effort to help. I truly appreciate Lorena and Perla for taking the time to listen and for providing such excellent customer service. They both deserve recognition for their professionalism and for going above and beyond to help a customer. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went in to have my battery checked after I had to get it jump started, Adrian got right at it only to find out it was bad battery. Thankful it was still under warranty and Adrian was able to get it changed out for our family in record time, because if I did it myself it would have taken me probably forever literally looking for the right tools lol (not my forte, 🤦🏼‍♂️) Also I had my wiper blades changed out too while I was there, but forgive me as I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who did that for me, thank you! all in all just great people there and they helped out without any hesitation!

  Mark helped me today, and what a God send he was! I was having one of those days, and when i went to start my car to take my dog to the emergency vet, the battery was dead. I ubered him to the vet (he’s ok now) and while there, i ordered a car battery for same day delivery. I don’t know what happened, i even used my VIN to verify it was the right battery, but i ordered the wrong one. When i got home from the vet, I YouTubed how to change my battery, started the process, and once it came time to put the new one in, i realized it was wrong. I then had to put my old battery in (what a process) and jumped my car to go to autozone and exchange the battery for the right one. I was frustrated, hot, i hadn’t eaten yet, and my anxiety was through the roof because of the situation with my dog that morning, and when I walked into autozone, Mark opened the door to help me. He wasn’t even clocked in yet and he rushed to grab the battery from me! What a guy! He then helped with the exchange process, and we realized I had a warranty still on my old battery, so he helped get that changed out! Now my day was really turning around! He then offered to put it in my car for me 🙏 what a true angel. I was having such a terrible day and Mark treated me with patience and kindness, he really went above and beyond. Just a simple, kind gesture made my whole month! Thank you so much Mark. Autozone, this man deserves a promotion and a raise!

  I've always worked on my own cars, and since covid ordered most of my parts online. I thought I would try in store to get a simple spark plug was told they had 3. Drove down there to be told they have none as he's laughing that they are out. I will def go back to buying everything online and not from Autozone. Same thing happened at 3 other locations that all called each other saying they had stock. none had any. Waste of a day
