  I'd like to personally thank the gentlemen who helped me after my car broke its serpetine belt at 3am. I had my car towed to this location, and I was able to drive it out of the lot. The guys at the front counter were extremely helpful, and I couldn't be more thankful.

  The manager, Isai (I hope I'm spelling that right), was SO helpful with my battery. Actually, my batteries. Who knew my car had 2 of them? Anyway I'm super grateful for his help and expertise!

  I've had issues with my battery, it's a custom setup. Manager Michael helped me out finding the perfect battery for my needs, and made the process smooth. Store was extremely packed, but it was worth the waith.

  I came in looking for the correct transmission fluid for a vehicle I was working on and was given the wrong product by a staff member. Fortunately, I double checked before using it; had I not, it could have caused serious damage to the transmission. I had to drive back to the store to exchange it, which cost me more time on an already busy job. I understand mistakes happen, but when it comes to fluids and car parts, accuracy really does matter. By the looks of previous reviews from other customers, this isn’t a one time situation. I'd suggest the team take a bit more care when helping customers identify the right products, especially for something as critical as transmission fluid.

  Very helpful staff and friendly and I had store credit that knocked the price down., by simply putting my phone number in there system, I had loyalty credit and I got a free obd scan for diagnostic for my car check engine light, they help with me right away
