  Called to check part and was told had to wait for her computer to clear up and was on hold for five minutes before hanging up. 100% unacceptable. Part of answering the phone is knowing that your going to ask for a part.

  I ordered one day and the items get delivered. I ordered items the next day and they can't deliver the items. THERES A HUGE MAP AT THE ENTRANCE. Plus the office will send someone out to show you where to go.
