  Horrible I was working on my 600. I ran to AutoZone because I bought a fuel pump that had different connectors so I figured I could go to AutoZone and buy the hardware to put the connectors on. But before I went there, I called to make sure they had the part or could tell me more about it. The employee Lalo picked up the phone so thank you for calling AutoZone and before I could speak he was like what do you need? I’m with a customer right now so I told him I wanted to find out if they had a part then he was like yeah, hold on and he proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes. So I got in the car and drove to AutoZone while I waited on hold when I got there he was standing at the register, laughing with three gentlemen. Seem more like they were just goofing off so then I asked him if he knew anything about the fuel pump that they sell for my specific car a 2005S 600 he pulled a fuel pump up and I pointed out to him that the connectors for the electrical at the wire harness is different than the one that is on the car he looked at me and he was like I have no clue what you’re talking about. I don’t know anything about this so I’ve proceeded to ask him about the wire harness kit that they sell to convert it over. He said they don’t sell it so I proceeded to pull it up online and give him the part number. He said well we have none and it can’t be in stock until this day which was like two weeks out, however there was an option to expedite if you pay $12 and when I asked him about that, he kind of just looked at me stupid. The manager, I don’t know his name because he didn’t have a name tag on actually neither one of them did, but the Manager was actually rude as well. I kind of did the same thing that Lalo did. Looked up the fuel pump the proceeded to tell me he has no clue and since it’s a European car the part they sell may not fit exactly then i asked about the wire harness kit and told him I was interested in purchasing it but not if it’s also the wrong fittment he then pulled it up and said I have no clue very annoying then the other manager came and the same he was very unhelpful so I guess it’s o’Reilly or Napa I’m sure they’ll be able to help me these guys are just standing around goofing off I know never too come back the morning is also just as bad Rafael was phenomenal he definitely stepped up and helped

  I needed a new car battery at 5:00 am and mostly all auto parts stores are closed. I googled AutoZone and saw that it was open 24 hours so I called. Talked to Joe and he was very helpful. I told him that I didn't have any tools to remove the battery he said no problem we got you. I went there Joe was busy with another customer and had everything pulled up on the computer so Alan helped me out. Alan replaced my battery and I thanked him and Joe for their time and help. If you need any auto parts go to the AutoZone on Lake Mead and Nellis. Alan and Joe are very professional and a very important asset to AutoZone in my opinion. Try to find an auto parts store open after midnight in Las Vegas Nevada. Only AutoZone will be the one. Thank you guys very much.

  This autozone likes to feed customers misinformation regarding parts and when asked for assistance they forward you to different people to call who can supposedly help but are conveniently not available after being told when they would be available, this autozone operates in a disgusting manner and should be trained better on dealing with these types of situations I had ordered a transmission through autozone online after being told i had to order online if i wanted it shipped to my home and also went in person to confirm i was going to order the correct one so they printed me a copy of the transmission to order that would be compatible with my vehicle 2 days later i received an email from the parts manufacturer saying that the part im ordering is not compatible with my vehicle and that autozone misinformed me and that they will not ship the transmission until i confirm the shipment without a warranty or cancel the order through autozone which a refund would take anywhere between 3-5 business days which is extremely frustrating because now this has caused me to be without transport for an extra 2 weeks which is causing me financial stress as well as taking a mental toll on me at this point it seems autozone does not want to take responsibility to make it right nor offer any compensation for the burden this has caused. This has caused me so much stress and financial burden i cant help but be depressed . And furthermore i was given a district mangers phone number who would also be able to assist but was also not available and when i was called back they had told me they were not affiliated with autozone at all. Update i was able to reach out to customer service after a store manager lied to me and said the reason i got the wrong transmission was because i didn’t give him the vin number to the vehicle which i did by showing it to him on my phone and then gave me customer services number to get this resolved but will still have to wait for a refund
