  The absolute worst in customer service. Again and again this location fails. Today it failed me for the final time. Store manager couldn’t manage an exchange. A simple exchange. Her ghetto attitude was clear from the dead silence while “serving” me at the counter. “Can’t” is a term that seems to be the favorite when she begins to communicate. Here’s a tip. When hiring staff in the auto parts business 1st ensure they are capable of professionalism in any circumstance with any customer not just the type they prefer. 2nd maybe make sure they have some semblance of knowledge as to the products you carry. Having my nose snapped off by a miserable manager when I state I need the Brembo rears with her response “We don’t do Brembo” yes you do lady. That’s why I’m here I checked and you have two on hand. Didn’t matter couldn’t make the exchange. Insisted on refunding the transaction. Well that just added more time to this job I have. Just burn my time huh? So she issues the refund in almost complete silence then becomes indignant when called on her personality from the moment I stepped in the door. So I went to your competition up the street gave them the money that could have been yours. I will never do business with Autozone again. You hire miserable people with terrible customer service skills and even less automotive knowledge. And trust me after near 40 years in the auto parts business I know what I’m talking about. Address the issue or not I don’t care anymore. Autozone has become a blight on the industry due to this kind of staffing. I’ll sway every last customer I can to avoid doing any business with Autozone aswell. Do better. Hire better. Serve better. Professionalism is simple not that hard. When the 19 year old woman at the competitor up the road out did you in every last manner I’d say time to get to training.

  The woman "helping" me could not tell me what battery would work for my car and said they could not change it because my cars computer system. I have a 2013 VW Jetta and have had the battery changed at the store multiple times. I am disappointed I didn't get her name. I will never go back to this location.
