  I contacted Auto Air and More because a mobile mechanic recommended them for my AC issue, since they specialize in automotive air conditioning. When I called, I explained that another mechanic had already inspected the car, but I was immediately cut off and told they don’t consider other mechanics’ reports. That was fine, but it felt unnecessarily rude. And I was willing to pay for another diagnostic. When I arrived for my appointment, they spent only a few minutes doing a visual inspection and then told me I would need to schedule another appointment two weeks later for an actual diagnostic. It wasn’t clear why I was asked to come in for a visual inspection when I already knew there was a problem and had explained that when I scheduled the appointment. I also mentioned that my check engine light had come on and that I was concerned about driving the car. There was no advice, no suggestions, and no effort to help. They simply walked away and went back to work. The lack of customer service and concern was disappointing. I ended up finding another shop just a mile away, and the difference was night and day—they were friendly, helpful, and actually took the time to assist me. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Reply to Tom's comment: When I made my appt I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I had a leak and a mobile mechanic did a diagnostic and then suggested Auto Air and More as an AC specialist or a Toyota dealership. She said I could come in now which was Tuesday afternoon. I ended up scheduling 9am on Thursday. Why would you do a visual when I'm willing to pay for a new diagnostic which I did tell her when she said we don't consider other mechanics diagnoses. Also I did not expect them to do the job that day. I thought it was crazy that they just did a visual when I explained on the phone that I already had a diagnosis and there was a leak. Any other shop would charge for the diagnostic and give a quote and schedule the job when available. Also on the check engine light...when Tom asked his employee to check the code for me (which takes 3 minutes) he just stood there and looked at him because he felt he was too busy. I appreciate giving me the code, but I was having issues with the car not running right and there was zero concern at all. They all just went back to what they were doing. I ended up just leaving. Customer service at this place as mentioned in other reviews, is really bad.

  This one is a bit bitter sweet I wanted to leave a 5 star review, god i almost did. It all started with an ac repair The check in was a bit awkward but fine decent folk I dealt with Louis and he was great took my car and always been very reasonable and respectful. They fixed my ac and it works fine 2500$ its definitely more than other places but i was actually ok Because i was under the impression i found honest mechanics which is not easy to find. So far so good, heres when the story starts getting weird and pretty unpleasant basically why they getting this 1 star. Within a day driving my car with the new ac A gas smell appeared ( there was absolutely no smell of any kind before they had my car ) Now can i blame them without a doubt and say its their fault ehhh no (its very suspicious tho) So i called after 2 weeks when the smell started getting really out of control And Dave answered saying its probably not them and kept saying we fix ac its busy season our priority to our appointments etc and basically told me to get lost. I called again a few days later and talked to Louis and explained to him the situation and he talked to the manager and they said bring your car back , well 3 days later Dave is saying its not their fault and pretty much said theyre too busy take your car we dont have time (mind you i just gave them 2500$ of my business) I said no its fine ill Wait, Dave in return said it will take some time and stated that it wont be looked at till monday or Tuesday that meant 9 days without my car, reluctantly i agreed and left it there. Monday arrived and i call and guess who once again answered the phone very unpleasantly explaining to me that it will take another week or maybe more because once again they are busy with ac repairs and they dont prioritize any other work and claiming he didnt promise monday or Tuesday, now listen it was Dave and while i usually argue i am not gonna argue with an elderly gentleman with an attitude so i said ok ill come and pick up my car after it set in their lot outside in 108 degrees for 9 days and no one even bothered to look at it. Pretty bad so far i know ... It gets worse My tire was leaking air and needed to be changed into the spare I called a day after this and said im Coming and i am Bringing my spare and asked if they will put it on for me no brainer right (again them being mechanics and i already gave them 2500$ worth of business) But our dear friend Dave had the nerve to tell Me NO we will not be helping you put the tire on So i literally said Its fine ill bring my own jack and tools (this is literally insane) we hang up and i had to figure out the tool situation, ill Say this he did call me 35 minutes later saying ok we will change your tire. Listen this place is fine its really just Dave I dont know if he'll see this but if you do Dave You are an embarrassment and for a gentleman of your age id expect more. Disappointed to say the least. Side note hire more people like Luis he was great and the only good thing about this hell hole Of a business.

  My daughter paid $430 for AC fix. They never fixed it customer service was so rude. I am filing BBB complaint against them.

  Came in for an A/C check to make sure all is good. Tom assessed it and as all looks good no need to service it at the time. Went into detail how it all works and when to know when it requires attention. Honest and kind service by all.

  Very friendly, family owned and the family keeps the atmosphere very relaxing. Highly recommend
