  I called these guys to help me with my starter because I'm having electrical issues. I told the guy the lights on my dash come on in accessory mode and turn off when I turn my key to start the car. So it's either the ignition switch or my starter. I wanted him to do my starter so it's less work I have to do later to my car.. but instead he charged me $150 for him not touching a single bolt with a wrench, he wasn't even looking at the car 10 minutes before he told me he wanted $150. He gave me a attitude because I wasn't saying my words clearly! I don't think I should have paid $150 for someone telling me something I already knew about my car. He said he charged me for the drive, which isn't even 10 damn minutes! Not to mention he was a hour late. And the labor and the diagnostic. There was absolutely no labor. I think I should have only paid $75 how can we make this right A1?

  Abel saved me on my way home from Eugene to Tacoma. My check engine light came on enroute on Sunday at 6pm. Abel was closing however kindly allowed me to come to his home/mobile service and helped me. He determined it was a sensor, huge load of relief and charged me a nominal fee especially for being late on a Sunday. Very kind, VERY fair and very helpful, also provided me with the code, clear recommendation and took a load of worry off my shoulders. I highly recommend. Thank you Abel!

  Abel answered my call in the morning, and met me at my stranded car the same afternoon. He arrived on time, and 40 minutes later the issues were resolved. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

  My wife's car died. I replaced the battery, checked the fuses and determined that it was a dead alternator. After a quick trip to YouTube, I decided this was a job that I didn't want to do in the rain. I've had multiple mobile mechanics take care of our fleet. They all do great work but none of them can stay in business. So when I called A1 and got Abel, he told me that he's been in business for 24 years. That impressed me. What was more impressive is that he picked the car up and had the new alternator in before the day ended. My Monday was saved, my wife was happy, and my wallet was happy. Thanks Abel!
