- VCVegas Amy C1 day ago5.0The staff at this location is fantastic! They are so polite and courteous and thoughtful and really make me feel like they value their customers. They patiently explain everything and are careful to ask before they do anything and explain what they are going to do so that I am very comfortable the entire time I am there. I have been going to this location for probably two decades through many vehicles and even though I no longer live in the area. I always come back because the service is so good. Thank you!

- CRChristine RichmondSep 6, 20265.0There was a vehicle that wanted more services and the manager was very kind to inform me of it and even gave a better discounted price because of the longer wait Zachary was very nice and professional
- RRRicardo RodriguezAug 31, 20261.0While I was there, and older couple came for service. When they were driving over the pit, the attendant that was in front started yelling at them. When the car stopped, he continue to be very rude. The older couple ended up leaving without getting the service done. After that, the one who appeared to be the manager told one of the other attendants to call the other station to warn them that they might be headed over there. Your attendants need customer service training and most important, they need to have some empathy for the elder.
- AMAmy MillerAug 22, 20261.0They literally broke my car. Came in for a simple oil change. Before I came out of the bay. The check engine light and oil light came on. They ran around trying to figure it out for an hour while I sat in my hot car with it being over 110 out before a manager FINALLY came to talk to me. He had some bogus papers in his hand telling me there's a recall on my car and that it just happened to go out at the EXACT moment they were working on it. I looked up my cars VIN on the manufacturer's website and I have NO RECALLS. Now I'm waiting for a tow truck because my car is undriveable. Its only got 30,000 miles on it.... and I bought it brand new. They're refusing any responsibility or assistance.
